Love the community and my apartment is nice and cozy. My two complaints are parking is not assigned, so if you come home after 7 there is no parking space available. I do t mind walking, just not in the dark. My upstairs neighbor is very sweet, but sometimes the noise is excessive.

Peaceful and safe area. Nice neighbors now and I’m finally enjoying the amenities which I am making time for. The pool is fabulous. The office is helpful. The maintenance people are helpful as well. I’ve been here for about 15 years and things are going well.

The maintenance attentiveness and facilities available for recreational usage to the tenants are very much appreciated but the parking absolutely sucks and the amount of times they have switched app softwares to pay rent online has made it confusing to pay at times, and what exactly to pay. Management is hit or miss with responding to complaints but when they do, problems are usually resolved. They really need to designate a visitor only parking area as so tenants have room to park near their units.

If you enforce the pool rules you would get a higher score. You have pool bracelets that don't get checked. What that being said residents brings as many guests as they please. I have only seen a bracelet check ONCE since Memorial Day.

Unfortunately no parking spaces on the West Side. The Brivo App doesn't work so you pay for amenities you can't use. I have asked for anyone in management to call me about the amenities and they don't care.

so far it has been OK. I am pleased that they repainted the parking lines,and they are very good with the grass and bushes, When I have a problem it is usually handled with profession care.

The staff are amazing. The maintenance team are the best I have ever had. They also care. I would have given a 5 star but... there was an incedent out of my control and my neibors are no longer friendly.

The apartment is over priced for a one bedroom. The pool area is out of control. They give out bracelets but no one checks. Literally you can see people walking from other apartments to come swim here. There should be a person to check for breaceletes. Can’t enjoy it at all. The racketball court and gym are very good. Facilities are fine. The apartment itself is nice. They raise the rent though a decent amount each year that you stay. We have not had great experience with the people in the leasing office on multiple occasions and were told our maintenance requests were not urgent enough so waited many days to get work completed.

The property is quiet and close to a lot of shopping such as grocery stores, clothing, and places to eat. The pools and grills are really convenient in the summer.

Dated apartments with no upkeep. Hallways are disgusting, no one cleans them. Amenities that you can’t access due to door readers not working (no notice to tenants about this, for months). A free for all pool that has no code to enter. So there’s constantly 10-20 people crowded in the pool, kids unsupervised, and a whole lot of people who don’t live in the community.

Very Developed and pretty well maintained community. Only had one service request so far and was responded to in about a week. For what we are paying, we feel like this place is a diamond so far.

I have been a resident at Northwoods for more than 20 years. Obviously I enjoy my residence. My apartment has everything I could want including central air, full size washer and dryer and complete complement of kitchen appliances. Amenities include pool, exercise room with equipment, Amazon lockers and dog park. We are close to I-95, Rte 9, and the Berlin Tpke. Supermarkets, drugstores, and Walmart are a very quick drive along with many eateries, gas stations and lots of other convenient stores. Cannot ask for more!
Our experience at Northwoods has been great. We enjoy the pool and the walking path. The maintenance team are very quick and efficient. The only complaint would be how loud the AC can be.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago. The process was very smooth and easily handled with the property management team, especially the turn around time from seeing the apartment and having a lease signed! All documentation needed was clearly communicated and when some weren’t available due to logistics, the management team was extremely accommodating. 10/10

I’ve really enjoyed living at Northwoods so far! The apartment is plenty spacious and I love seeing everyone walking around with their dogs. The only problem I’ve had is the app to access the different facilities hasn’t worked because the WiFi connection for the West building doesn’t show the proper WiFi connection.

Not worth the money. The people waking their dogs have no awareness of other people with dogs. There is dog poop everywhere. Maintenance takes forever to fix things.

Really enjoyed my experience living on the west side. Just moved to the east side due to needing more space and while I’m still happy with my apartment, I’m disappointed in the parking situation. If you’re planning to be the only adult who drives in your home, it would probably be fine, but you only get one parking spot per unit even if you have multiple adults in the home. There are very few visitor spots and a lot of them are filled with cars that never move, so it can be impossible to find a spot at certain times. It does feel unfair to have to park like a guest in a place that I pay for. However, the property is very well maintained and things are handled quickly and effectively when you need maintenance done.

This is our second year here and we love it! Quiet community and lovely leasing staff - we have had a few problems when it has come to billing and the leasing staff were on top of it. The complex is in a great location as well! Would highly recommend it here.

Nice place to live. The big issue is no parking for residents. It's dog friendly which is nice but now too many HUGE dogs which should not be allowed in one bedroom apartments. I think the owners don't realize how many huge mean dogs live here.
things could be better but no complaints currently. I just wish things were a little more up to date without paying an arm and a leg. Staff has been very helpful with any concerns needed.

All personal are friendly, take concerns into consideration. And they are community oriented like doing events. When snowing, they really are on top of making sure the lots are properly cleaned.
Once again I cannot be more pleased with the Northwoods West community is a very pleasant place to reside. My apartment is quite comfortable with a complete complement of appliances including central heating and air conditioning, full size washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and disposal. Parking is convenient and exterior lighting is bright. Service department is staffed with extremely capable technicians that respond to issues promptly. Many amenities including pool and exercise rooms are available. The community is pet friendly with a dog exercise area available. Cannot ask for much more.

Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Area is quiet and safe. Maintenance is probably the best in the area. They raise the rent every year, at least $100. The electric bill is very high. We have electric heat and a poorly insulated building.

I llived here a few years ago and decided to move back. I really enjoyed living here. Maintenance responds quickly. No one, at least in my building, is obnoxiously loud at horrible hours. Everyone is pretty friendly or keeps to themselves.

The apartment complex is very good to live. Has a lot of amenities and trails to spend your weekend. The leasing office has been doing some community activities of late which is wonderful. I hope we keep up with such activities for residents. I will highly recommend this apartment complex

Parking in my section is tough seems to be a lot of cars per unit and some people never move their cars. Good response time by the maintenance department

Quick maintenance, spacious rooms. Appliances are not updated but they work well. Nice pool and gym space. Overall a good place to live. Can’t complain.

The apartments are ok. I did like the fact tjat we have a washer and dryer in unit, plus dishwasher. I like the calm quiet atmosphere here. Though I am not pleased that they keep raising our rent as high as they do every year it has been about $100. I cannot afford to live here any more than next years lease. Also, it is difficult to reach anyone on the phone. Maintenence is pretty good, and the staff is pretty nice. There just are not activities like we use to have. Even the Christmas party was not really about Christmas, there was hardly any Christmas music. With as much as I now pay... I can barely afford to eat well.

northwoods apartments has good amenities as well as a safe neighborhood. our dog loves the park and we love using the pools in the summer. we recommend

I think the condominium needs improvements, like lighting in the dog park, it's very dark there, I'm even afraid to go near it at night and there are still several cars parked there, people inside the car, very strange. They should put more cameras in the condominium.
