All around great experience living here, from the building itself to the maintenance team, cleaners, and management. Place runs beautifully. Always pleasant having to deal with the front desk. Can’t rave enough.

I visited the property to see if there were any 2-bedroom apartments available—unfortunately, there weren’t. I can definitely see why there are no larger apartments available; the place is lovely. Kathy asked if I wanted to tour the model unit, but I didn’t want to do that to myself knowing there wouldn’t be any available soon. Unfortunately, I can’t wait for a 2-bedroom to open up because I need to move within the week, but I would absolutely recommend this property. The staff is friendly, and Kathy, who mentioned she’s just starting, is doing a great job. I felt right at home. Keep up the great work, and who knows—maybe I’ll be back next year!

I moved into my apartment at Northlight in 2022, and this has been a real safe space for me. I appreciate the staff - always so polite, helpful, thoughtful and attentive. I love the community activities / events of which you can do as much or as little as you would like - but are always here. Truly a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to be.

I have lived in the north light for two years and moved out only due to commute reason. North light is the best apartment I have ever lived and I highly recommend! Beautiful room, facility and neighbor but what makes it the best is the great management and maintenance teams. Especially, Tom, Rashun, and Monica are very professional and considerate.

I've lived in a pretty big variety of places across Ohio and New York, and this is easily the best one of 12+ apartments. The details and the staff are what make it great. Please never change.

I can't say enough great things about NorthLight! The property is stunning, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff, however, is what truly sets this place apart. They made the entire move-in process so easy and stress-free. Every question was answered promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home from day one. If you're looking for luxury living with a team that truly cares, this is the place to be!

I recently moved in and had two small maintenance issues. Both were taken care of almost immediately.

My partner and I relocated to the area because of a residency program and we toured 5 apartment complexes in the area. When we walked into Northlight we knew immediately that it was a cut above the others and since then, the care and responsiveness of the staff has affirmed that decision. From management to the leasing team and maintenance- they work hard at every turn to make you feel like your concerns matter. They solve problems, are consummate professionals, and most importantly they communicate so well. I’ve felt informed at every turn as they solve issues that have come up. Most recently, our AC went on the fritz during the heat wave. It was a manufacturer issue and no fault of theirs but I received a call or email each day with status updates, check ins from maintenance, saw a real sense of urgency to solve the problem, and they even brought in and installed two portable AC units in the interim. I’ve never lived anywhere that was managed by a corporate management company (or an individual for that matter) that cared like this team does. Sign the lease- you won’t regret it.

I have lived in this place for almost two years and really love my place! Rashun and Tom are always welcoming nicely at lease office. Maintenance teams are the greatest I have ever met! Room is beautiful and spacious with quiet neighbors. I do not come up with any complaint;)

This is a great place to live. Edge on Hudson is an amazing development and NorthLight is one of its shining stars. With more things to come. While it may be called apartment living, the experience is more like a 5 star hotel. Every amenity possible, cutting-edge technology, great apartments, dazzling views, and a terrific and attentive support team. Couple all that with wonderful and welcoming tenants and a great group of dogs! I shall miss this place.

The Northlight was a transitional place for us but we loved it there. The building is wonderful with responsive management and the best amenities. The surrounding area is filled with great restaurants, bars and walking paths along the river. We're going to miss it!

We love living at North light. There’s a shuttle that takes me to the train and an office for everyone to share for when I’m working from home.

My boyfriend and I were looking for neighborhoods with easy access to Manhattan, as we are both in the city for half of the week. We looked at Brooklyn, Jersey City, Long Island City and other areas, but when we toured the Northlight building we quickly realized how much more we could get for our rent money. Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown has the best food options in Westchester all within walking distance. The staff at Northlight is kind, responsive and caring. The shuttle takes us to the train station, parking in the building is so easy and there are SO many perks that come with living here (not to mention the design and decor make you excited to spend time in the building. We have everything we need, including the city at our fingertips.

This is an amazing community! Located near the waterfront with easy access to parks, trails and the river walk. They have excellent amenities: a great gym, pilates machine, childrens playroom, lounge and roofdecks. Their co-working space is amazing with a very reliable high speed internet!! A very warm and friendly leasing office and maintenance team! Can't ask for more!!

We absolutely love living here. The building is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance team is wonderful. They respond immediately when emailed. I cannot say enough about the management team. They know your name and they are always willing to help. They are a very thoughtful group of people and all they want is to make sure that the residents are happy. Yes it’s a new building and there are hiccups but they address them immediately. I love that they have community events for the residents. It really has helped us meet some wonderful people. Love the area, so many great restaurants and the waterfront is absolutely beautiful!! Lauren Mckay

We are new to NorthLight. So far, I must say that it has been quite nice. The amenities are amazing, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The Northlight community is fun and relaxing.

Only moved in a week ago, and I know I made the right choice. A beautiful new building, well thought out in terms of accessibility for a work from home space, gym, and even a PET SPAW! Resident nights are a hit. Perfect for my needs and grateful for such an amazing management team always ready to help out. Thumbs up from me!

Beautiful building, they host many events for the residents. They are very receptive to ideas, at our suggest they recently hosted an art show, where we were able display our works. The common area was a beautiful setting. They allowed us to bring in music and gave plenty of space for the show. Management was very helpful and supportive.

Moving from a house to the Northlight was seamless due to the exemplary management team who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. From the beautiful lobby to the co- work space , to the gym, and outdoor views, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks to Joe, Jason, Thomas, and Rahsun. And thanks to the cleaning staff who keep the place immaculate, and the maintenance staff who keep it running . A fantastic place to live!

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

The staff is incredible and super accommodating. The area is beautiful and I am excited to see what Edge on Hudson grows into!

We moved to NorthLight from Brooklyn and love it! The building is beautiful and management is the best. Jason was so patient and accommodating while helping us find the perfect apartment! He is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuine. Shuttle service to the Tarrytown station, reasonable commute to Grand Central, shared office space, and all of the amenities you could want. Living at Northlight has been an exceptional experience! Not only is the property absolutely stunning, but the Management team really tops it off. The Dream Team- Joe and Jason, are committed to creating a true community experience that ensures a sense of belonging and comfort. They literally go above and beyond to provide the best service with attention to every detail. We have lived in various Manhattan high rise buildings for many years and this experience at Northlight has been by far the best…. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We love Northlight community. The combination of Hines as a developer and Bozzuto as a management company can't be beat. Our unit has beautiful design, high quality construction, outstanding amenities, and a management team and staff that bend over backwards to make sure we're satisfied and build a community. Northlight has been an amazing place to live so far. We moved in at the end of April and cannot be happier. The management and maintenance teams are on top of their game and are always super helpful at a moments notice. We are beyond happy here!

I could not be happier to have made the decision to relocate to The Northlight. I reached out very early on to Joseph, the property manager, and he has been the most welcoming, helpful and kind contact along the way. I was one of the first tenants into the new building, and everything was seamless and easy. And I cannot stress enough how beautiful this space is! The amenities here are incredible and every small touch is thought of. I'm so excited for the neighborhood to blossom and fill with people. I've also commuted into the city once for work, and I can say, without a doubt, that the train ride along the Hudson watching the sunset beats any day I was stuck underground on the subway.
