Nolen Grand Apartments

I have been living here going on 4 years and I don't a complaint about the property yet. The maintenance is on point and the people are ok. The office personnel treat you with the upmost respect and they always have activities for the senior citizens.

Very nice and quiet community Im very comfortable and feel very secure, Ive waited so long to get here with all the back and forth with paperwork and mishaps with my housing program but all is well

First I want to Thank God for allowing me to be A Resident of Nolan Grande plus to be able to afford to pay my Rent on time. I been here 10yrs and counting. As for the new comers We Welcome you all with Open Arms... All we have to do is follow the Rules & Regulations and everything will be just fine. My stay here is what I made of it be kind to every1 plus as for your neighbors in our bldg just be polite to the Staff as well.So enjoy your place and clean around your area .

Lots of things have changed which place more pressure on seniors since we moved here 4 years ago. No more trash removal and elevator broken for a month.

I have lived here for 7 years and I have been pleased with the company and the managers that work here in the office,and the other residents that I have gotten to know.

I'm Blessed and Very Happy to let everyone know to Thank God that you're able to Reside in A Resident thats Convenient & Affordable. All we need to do is look out for each other and especially watch your Surroundings. As for the Staff they All are here for Us.So just continue being A Good Resident and Speak for anything you need.Take Care Every1

Great community, maintenance is improving. Inside needing some updates, appliances. With the cost should include some updated fixtures carpet or floors.

I'm Blessed to be A Resident here at Nolan Grande I been here for awhile and my Bldg is very Quite...the neighbors Respect eac other and I been asking the Neighbors to invest in getting A Ringdoorbell they are very handy. As for the Staff here they listen and help as much as they can and I know for A Fact its Only So much they can Do they have Gudelines Also ...So All I'm asking for Every Resident who Live keep Your Area Clean around your that what keep Rodenrs & Other Crawley from around your Area...Be Kind to each other All the time

The maintenance mens are courtesy always fix the problem , they always show up at an appropriate time or date. I’m very appreciated. Thank you 12-1-24

My experience here has been Very Convenient...The reason I said this is because the bldg im residing everyone is very Respectful and watch out for each other. I been here and I'm comfortable with my Apt. As for the Staff they are Respectful plus they listen to you when you need to ask questions about situations you need to be taken care of.As for Maintenance I can say they are very hard workers they will make sure whatever you need to be fixed they will make sure its taken care of.Come on now as for the Manager she's Concerned about her Residents and believe me she's going to get to the bottom of any problem you bring to her it will get Resolved. Im just overwhelmed of the Activities & Resident Gatherings they all get along with the Functions they have for different Occasions. As for the landscaping & the Groundkeeper it been clean plus with the Picnic Areas are also 2gather.

I"just love it here there's no other words to say "" Beautiful. It's quiet And friendly. And the staff is just amazing. Apartment itself is beautiful inside and out.

Hi I'm so Greatful to share my living here @ Nolan Grande so far everything is going great. Everyone gets along with each other and for the Staff here they are concern about the residents here.The Manager is very cooperative and take time to listen to whatever complaint needs to be taken care of.The Assistant Manager...Receptionist & Program Coordinator who's work in the office they are very polite and they listens to whatever need to be taken care of..And our Maintenance Crew are Awesome as well they make sure they fix whatever need to be fixed...I been spreading the word to different ppl @ Stores to come over and be A Resident.

Great apartment, but the rent makes ungodly increases with every renewal. Since the apartments are ADA Compliant, the doorways are large and so is the bathroom.

I'm so greatful to be A Resident yes in my Bldg all the Resident are Very Polite and Respectful. As for the Staff they are very Helpful and Concern about Us. My Manager here is Very Concern and She takes Time to listen to You. I just want to stay here as long as I can because The location is Convenient with all our needs .So I been telling different ppl and I gave the address to get them over here so all I want to say I'm Very Contented with my Apt..

Supposedly the community is for 50 and up seniors, but several young adults living in the community. Upsurge in activity around the community with this younger group. Gate open frequently. N one residents use the pool. Not a senior community if that what you are looking for.

I been a Resident for 9yrs and I enjoy my Apt. Every1 in my Bldg are friendly and they mind their business. I'm happy with my apt and the employees are great they are concern about the residents. As for the Maintenance Crew they are hard workers and they get the job done. I been telling ppl about the apts and advertise every time I'm out and about. So all I can say Keep up the good work.

The management team is not perfect, but they are much better than the majority of teams in the other 18 properties I’ve lived. The star here is the apartments and the trees. The property has a courtyard in the middle of 4 of the buildings, and it is a peaceful respite from the complexities of life. The property is also accessible to the Oak Cliff Nature Preserve. The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings and wide doorways. The only obstacle to renewing a lease is the approximately $100 increase in rent every year.

My Landlord helped me out when I needed her most. They love my pet and know her by name. The only real issue I have is that they need a dumpster at the back of the apartments for the elderly because the one dumpster is to far to walk to and they need to clean the apartment walkways more.

I love my apartment it’s very spacious. Patio is great lots of room for my patio furniture and plants. Office staff pleasant and took care of a situation right away.I love the surroundings lots of trees, picnic areas, community center is beautiful, along with the activities.So far it been very quiet and neighbors are very friendly.

The apartment complex is very peaceful and quiet, not a lot of drama happening. The neighbors are very nice and everyone is very neighborly, I absolutely love love it.

Great Apartments and Great Managers, the community is very welcoming. You will love the atmosphere and the people around. I recommend these apartments to any senior looking for peace.

I have been living here about 5yrs and I am totally satisfied with the management and maintenance team here. They are very supportive and friendly with the residents here just really hands on and I appreciate that. You always have ways and means at your disposal with whatever your needs.

Management has shown an increased focus on enforcing lease provisions that keep life in the complex functioning smoothly with everyone equally protected. My only wish is that the office would be open on Saturdays.

I have been living here five years and I just love it. Peaceful and I love just how everyone participates and gets along. Well maintained community always kept up.

I just want to say my stay here has been pretty good so far .My neighbors are great plus we all make sure our area are clean plus we look out for each other. The staff are doing what they have to do and as for outsiders im glad we notice when strange ppl come in our bldg I notice when they are up to no good bcuz I see their reaction when they come up the stairs and notice my ring doorbell they turn around and exit back down the stairs....I been asking my neighbors in my bldg to get a doorbell they are very worthy. So all I want is for the residents here to get alone and our community will be great.

I love how the environment is quiet and no loud noise. Everyone is neighbourly and there is no trash just thrown around the apartment. When you drive it clean all the way.

My move in went very smoothly. Noland Grande apartments is a great safe living community living for seniors. They amenities and support is great

I just love environment of the apartments, it's so peaceful. I can take a nice walks and everyone is so neighborly. I don't have to worry about anything bad things happening around my apartment.

My experience thus far living in this community has changed over the many years. Lately, I will say the property up keep has improved tremendously, maintenance have improved when submitting orders. Despite the transitions in front office it has been great follow up. It's good to know some form of security is on property.

I really enjoy living here. Management is responsive to residents’ concerns. The problems are the same problems that all apartments have: irresponsible dog owners, a very few noisy neighbors and a few people who use the public areas as trash cans. The maintenance crew does a great job of staying on top of maintenance requests. The trees in the courtyard and surrounding the property are lovely. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Now if only the rents would drop a little…

Have a lot of functions here for the residents and they are very enjoyable. You get to meet some of your neighbors and mingle with them. It be nice

My resident experience has and always will be 5 stars. The management team, staff and maintenance make me feel at home. My questions and concerns are answered right away. We simply work the situation and it's done. I am confident. I have now been here 4 years and my how time flies. I am privileged to live in my own private forest.

The community is quiet and scenic, staff is doing a good job keep grounds clean, noise level has decreased and great to have security now on the the property.

I have no major complaints. The apartment is spacious and well kept. The maintenance crew handles any problems. This is a 55 community, but there are lots of people/children under 55. Most follow the rules. The trees surrounding the buildings are beautiful and create a serene sense of peace.

Loved it here. I appreciate the time i had to be here. These apartments were nice and very quiet and sweet aleays had security guards to protect the tenants

Been living here about 2 years loving the quiet environment and peaceful setting. I also enjoy the people in the office always helpful and the maintenance is always on point

Property is being kept up, have security now, new managers and office team very helpful and pleasant. Area much quieter now. Calls are being returned and followed up on.

My experience has been very great I love the quietness of the apartments. I just love my new apartment also the neighbors are all cool. I believe that I made a great choice

I love living at Nolan Grand, but with my rent increasing almost $100 with every renewal, I may not be able to remain a resident for long. My favorite thing is the courtyard. It’s like a small forrest right outside my door. The Management and Maintenance Staff are better than most apartments too.

I like this place because it is close to the store and different places where you can go and eat. It is easy for me to ride my electric scooter I call it my Lincoln. This place is nice because it is across the Kiest park where you can walk around and have a good time with the family and walk with your dog.

I love my community. I have very good neighbors. I enjoy enter acting with my neighbors. We have fun talking, hanging out and going out to eat. My neighbors are good and happy. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance guys are great. They do a wonderful job! Thanks Nolan Grand for making our stay me nice!

I am enjoying my home here at Nolen Grand. The people could not be nicer and my apartment is so comfortable. With all the large trees, the grounds are quite beautiful and restful.

I really enjoy myself here the people I meet with are very sweet and very friendly. The children are very nice and very respectful. The pets around here are very quiet you don't hardly hear them bark.

This is the second summer in a row in which my A/C had to be replaced. In both cases, I had to go 5 days without air for 5 days. The maintenance crew did a good job, and they always follow through. I was so glad when my A/C worked again.

Living here so far has been a gratifying experience and a blessing. My sister and I were neighbors here ( we lived across the hall from each other) until her untimely death last year). I just knew we would be neighbors forever. The few neighbors I’ve met are very friendly and I think I am too.
