The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nexus
I’d say this property is okay, there are a couple refurbishments that need to be made especially the walls. The walls are kind of thin, so you do have to keep in mind how much noise you make especially while trying to shower later in the evening. With hardwood flooring - makes noises echo more than it should than one with actual carpet. With the walls being thin and with water damage (in my apartment specifically)I’m currently having a mold issue and I have to keep my apartment at a 65 degree temperature to keep the fan running. If the fan stops running, then water will overflow from the AC unit causing further damage to the walls and floor. The pricing is a little high for what it’s worth, but it’s a manageable amount. The gym is great, not too much equipment and there is only one gym/pool. Community is very nice, staff is somewhat helpful - being that they aren’t the best staff but not the worst. Mail wise, any packages have to go directly to the main office where you have to pick it up. I found this to be somewhat inconvenient because I bought furniture online and had to walk it to my apartment. They key is like a card key, and you do only get one. I kind of like this only because if there was a key and lock people might be able to break in. Speaking of break-ins; I don’t necessarily have any concerns, but with a car - make sure to not have anything valuable sitting in the open. They are kind of weird when it comes to having actual curtains, I asked and you have to pay more when it comes to damage costs.
As a young woman who's lived here by herself since they first opened, I can say that I've honestly loved almost everything about my apartment and the community. The only things I don't love is when people don't pick up after their dogs and the grass isn't the greenest anymore. They said they are working on a solution. Hopefully it happens fast. The office staff are so nice and really caring of all the people that live here. They seem like they know everyone by first name which is cool lol. The maintenance people are nice too. The halls are normally clean considering the amount of people living in the building. Most of my neighbors are considerate but of course you have a few bad apples. One of my neighbors moved out and then moved back in again like a year later which says a lot. I do wish they would host more community events though...
Bad people that don't care for residents. Will make it their mission to take your money. Walls sucks. Rent is high. Amenities not worth the cost. Avoid.
