Amazing Staff and Management, have been very helpful throughout the pandemic! affordable and VERY CONVEINTANLY placed location can get on any major highway from the complex.
This is a good location because you're 8 minutes away from Mall Of America, 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart and 3 minutes away from Sam's Club. You also have a balcony, Common area with a Gas grill, a pool, Off street parking, laundry room and extra storage space. This Property would be perfect if they didn't go up on the rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I have been here 5 years now and the rent went up every single year. I know you're wondering why I'm still here if they keep going up on the rent? Because it's a quiet place that's close to Everything I need. Ok I put it all out on the table for you. hopefully THIS WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR DECISION
