I’ve really enjoyed living at Assembly Row—it’s such a unique and convenient place to call home. The location is one of the biggest perks: having shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and entertainment all within walking distance makes day-to-day life so easy and fun. It feels like a little city within the city, and I love being able to just step outside for groceries, dinner, or a walk by the river.

Montaje Apartments offer a beautiful environment, great amenities, and a convenient location with easy access to transportation. Facilities like the gym, communal lounge, and rooftop garden make living here very comfortable. Staff are friendly and the community feels safe and welcoming. The only minor downside is the lack of front desk service on weekends and after midnight, which can be a bit inconvenient, but overall it’s highly recommended.

Montaje is a great apartment complex. Excellent staff, good amenities. As it is about eight years old, it needs some upcoming maintenance but we do enjoy living there.

I love living here. The staff are all great and my neighbors are so friendly. The area is amazing with so many fun shops and having the Orange Line next door makes getting around Boston a breeze. Thanks Montaje.

I have had good experiences living here from the general quality of the apartment to the interactions I have with building maintenance and staff. I have also recently using some of the common space amenities to host a gathering of friends and that was a great experience.

Been here 7 years love my place. I like the view I have looking at the water my neighbor is great . I live the roof rip one of my favorite places in the building

Great service and easy application. Robert really made the process as smooth as can be. Maintenance is also very prompt and responsive. I really enjoy Montaje.

Staff and people are very nice, the common area of maintenance is very poor, you’re missing basic simple things like chairs. The new carpeting you put in the hallways, is extremely ugly, and not in keeping with the rest of the building. The pool temperature is way too cold for me to enjoy using it My apartment itself is very nice, and your maintenance department is first rate.

Great place to live. Wonderful amenities and great views. Close to the T. Parking everywhere. Very nice leasing team and security staff. Definitely recommend.

Move-in was handled well, concierge very helpful with scheduled deliveries and other guidance. Leasing agents always responsive when we had questions. Lived here for over a month and we really enjoy it :)

I like the building a lot however since switching companies for the parking , parking has become a nightmare as residents can no longer park on the first and second floor.

Everything is kept in great condition, many thanks to the personnel! I haven’t had an instance where I’ve came across a messy space. Having a well-kept building makes it enjoyable to live at.

I recently toured Montaje and was thoroughly impressed by what I saw. The property offers a beautiful living environment with stunning views that create a calm and inviting atmosphere. The design of the building is modern and elegant, and the overall layout feels both functional and aesthetically pleasing. During my visit, I noticed how well-maintained the entire complex was, which speaks to a high standard of care and management. What stood out even more were the surrounding amenities—everything from shops and cafes to public transportation is conveniently located nearby. It’s clear that Montaje is situated in a vibrant and accessible neighborhood, which adds a lot of value for potential residents. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and professional. They greeted us warmly and provided detailed, courteous answers to all our questions. Based on the tour, Montaje seems like an excellent place to call home.

It’s spring time and people are out , dogs are out and fun time is here . I’m looking forward to the music outside and just the love in the air for food , shopping and people from all walks of life .

Gym tvs don’t work and there is dog poop/pee outside every door. Keys also rarely work. My lock has lost battery and I have been locked out of my apartment on 5 different occasions. Other than that, not bad.

I really enjoy living at Montaje! The location is perfect/unbeatable, close to everything downstairs all the shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Montaje is located in a very safe and convenient area. You are surrounded with restaurants, entertainment, supermarket, parks, stores and T station.

Overall great except few things. Stair noise comes to unit and sharing parking with the retail stores is so anoying. They keep blocking the parking lot loading things from/to their cars, and sometimes just stop the car in the middle of parking lot and just go away. Management people are really friendly though.

Montaje Apartments is situated in an ideal location. The apartment is perfect for my needs and the management team is most responsive to my needs.

One of the best parts about living here is that there are so many free activities for residents to enjoy—whether it's outdoor yoga in the park, weekend markets, live music events, or simply exploring the scenic trails. It’s the perfect time to get outside, meet new people, and soak up everything the community has to offer!

Montaje offers modern apartment living with many amenities. Montaje residents will find their own private haven within the complex while offering many amenities in a safe & secure environment. All your neighbors are respectful and courteous of each other. Both the management (Robert in particular) and the maintenance teams are very professional, efficient, friendly, respectful and courteous as well. It is an ideal place to live.

Concierge are friendly and amenities are nice, but HVAC are too loud and sound proofing is not perfect. Most of all, you have to share your parking so it's a bit inconvinient and sometimes annoying.

I've had a great experience at this apartment. The amenities are great and I use them frequently. The concierge at the front desk is always helpful. Overall great living experience.

Very loud neighbors even at late hours of the night and would be nice to be able to use the amenities at least until quiet hours but otherwise nice location. Would be nice if the outdoor roof deck was open more as well as it was 60° and sunny recently but it was still closed for the “winter”.

Living at Montaje has been a fantastic experience! The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Montaje to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

It’s been amazing so far! No complaints. Maintenance is great when needed and the building is kept clean. We have been here for 9 months and love it.

Everything is falling apart and they don’t want to do anything about people are smoking inside the apartment the hallway smell so bad like weed

I love living here and everyone is helpful and lovely. I still haven’t resolved some lighting issues with maintenance that I’ve had since I moved in but I’ll keep trying. They always come very quickly and are very nice.

It was absolutely amazing staying here at Montaje. I had no problems!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great apartment- its slightly on the pricier side but totally worth it!

I have been living here for a little over 6 months and I do not regret choosing here to make my home. Montaje is strategically situated in Assembly Row, close to every store you can imagine. What’s not within walking distance is under 10 minutes driving. Being next to the Orange Line makes travel into Boston quick and easy. Not to mention that the amenities are so good why would you want to go anywhere?

I have to say living here has been amazing when it comes to upkeep hallways, lobbies and community spaces have been A plus for cleanliness. The maintenance management is also A plus they are quick to address issues and very professional.

We toured the apartment with Timeah and it was awesome! She answered all our questions and was so patient and showed us all the amenities and floor plans. We applied immediately and can’t wait to move in!

It's a great place to live at, love the area! Plenty of activities to do on the weekdays and weekends! The people who live in the area are also nice, haven't experienced any trouble during my stay.

I’ve been living here 6 months now and don’t have a single complaint. The staff are all incredibly helpful, the amenities are great, and I love having everything I need right outside our door.

The montage continues to be a great place to live within a great area. It’s also a great community with wonderful riverside parks, as well. Staff are attentive and maintenance is top level.

It's one of the more spacious apartments in assembly sq, but it's a bit of a let down the pool and deck is only open for like 4 months. The roofdeck also closes very early so it does not feel like the amenities are worth it sometimes.

Montaje was a great place to live. The community was kind, respectful and welcoming. The place hosted events which were rewarding and engaging. And the location cannot be beat!

7 months since we moved it and we love it here. Especially was impressed with the packages situation in the package room during the holiday season rush, they did a fantastic job sorting the packages despite the huge number.

The lobby could benefit from a fresher and more pleasant scent. Great maintenance team as always, very efficient and quick to respond to requests.

Concierge is so nice and friendly. Ammenities are always kept clean. Parking is quite annoying since sometimes the resodent parking barcode doesn't work. Overall satisfied experience.

Montaje at Assembly Row is a great place to live. Convinient location and safe. This area offers great options for entertainment, restaurants and supermarket.

Overall, great place to live. Convenient location, good security, good management. Cons: The lobby may sometimes stink if the waste collection is delayed.

Very quiet building Spacious units Great location Plenty to do & see! Neighborhood always has an activity or perk the residents can enjoy. I wish they had more than one fitness center in the building.

Great neighborhood with excellent amenities and well-built units. The layout and design are impressive, offering comfort and convenience. However, the noise reduction in outer units could use some improvement for a quieter living experience. Overall, a solid choice.

I love living here! Everyone is super nice, apartment is clean, all the amenities stay clean and quiet. Great area, quiet apartment, parking garage is nice too.
