It has a clean surroundings, has a nice gym, the apartment has modern utilities, you feel safe and secure with their security lock, also the leasing staff is very much approachable, they entertain concerns of the renters.

Incredible! I just renewed my lease because I really enjoyed living here. Everyone in the staff is really nice, building and amenities are always clean. We love it here!
Nice place, convenient location. The door to the Portland garage was broken in September and didn't get fixed until 5 months later, even though we were told it would only take 2-5 weeks. I contacted the building manager about it and she told me to just park on the street if it bothered me. I pay $200 a month for a secure garage and it's not secure. The HVAC in Portland's lobby was broken in the winter so it was about 30-40° inside. We were told the HVAC would be fixed beginning of January. It's almost February and there is still a hole in the roof. The maintenance here is very hit or miss.

The community remains a good value for the most part. I enjoy the mostly quiet location and 24 hour concierge. The staff are also very pleasant.

Great building but it drives me crazy that there is no accessible entrance. There is an automated opener on the inner set of doors to the main lobby but not the external doors. Super annoying when carrying stuff but I imagine untenable for anyone with a disability that relies on automated door openers.

Living at Monroe Street Market Apartments has been a fantastic experience! The community is vibrant and welcoming, with top-notch amenities and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. A special shoutout to Ansley, who gave me an amazing apartment tour and has been super helpful since day one. She’s always available to answer questions, manages information impeccably, and made the transition to living here incredibly smooth—she is truly the best! The concierge and cleaning staff are also incredibly attentive and friendly. The concierges greet residents with a smile and keep our packages organized, ensuring a smooth and efficient pickup process (and believe me, they receive a ton of packages daily). The cleaning staff does a wonderful job keeping common areas spotless and well-maintained. The maintenance team is just as impressive, quick to respond to any requests, and always making sure everything in the apartments and shared spaces runs smoothly.

Everything is great except rent is a little bit on the higher end compared to other similar options. Service provided and location are amazing. It is always clean too.

I love my apartment, and the community seems to be very welcoming! I only have an issue with the mailroom as there have been a few instances where my packages have gone to other apartments.

Overall the resident experience has been good. People who work here are great and friendly. Good but the fire alarms go off too often. I have been here for too many fire drills in the last couple months.

All of the common areas in this apartment are absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint I have as someone who just recently moved in is that it can be very hard to navigate and I was given very little instructions when I first picked up my keys. Other than that, apartment was clean with minimal damages and in a great location.

This is a great community overall. It can get a little noisy but most days it's fine. Very convenient to food and metro...and we're getting a TJ's across the street. Pretty dope!

Beautiful buildings, very clean, staff is friendly. I love how close it is to the metro, National Basilica and CUA. The loading dock made moving-in very easy.

I wish that was better communication from the leasing office upon moving in. I had to search out a lot of the information that was left out upon arrival, after having asked if there was anything specific I should be aware of (i.e. wifi password, tenant storage, concierge info). When multiple roommates are moving in at different times and are not all in the area upon arrival, individual welcome packets should be provided.

I’ve been a resident for almost two and a half years now. I personally feel the Bozzuto group should put better care into the properties, as well as do a better job at securing the safety of their residents. The crime and vandalism has ramped up in my area, the cleanliness and maintenance has dropped do to a lack of support. And lastly, the construction within the building has become an extreme inconvenience, while not contacting one single resident about this huge adjustment.

Great place to live. Clean apartment when you move in with new carpet in the bedroom. The hallway is always clean. And the building is in a great location. Lots to do around it. Close to metro.

Overall good experience. Maintenance comes right away. Some of the staff are great. Note, sometimes fixes are not great, where they fix issues enough that is not a code violation or may take a while to get to resolve.

I have lived in Everton for over three years and really feel at home here. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I would give a special shout out to the cleaning crew. They keep everything spotless….even the trash room is cleaned regularly. The loading dock is kept in amazing shape. I especially appreciate Sade in the ‘high powered’ office. I can go to her with anything and she can work it out somehow. Greg is her boss and that helps too! In the front office is Ansley. She has not been here long but she has learned quickly and is smiling and helpful. And then TK our head person at the front desk. He knows everyone by name and welcomes me as I enter. Finds my packages too… Well I better stop for there are some more super people I could name. I think you just better come live here and see for yourself. L

The apartment itself was clean and nice, the apartment we got the the apartment they sent a video of were very different window wise but other than that we got what we were expecting.

I recently moved into Monroe Street Market and have overall enjoyed my experience. Move in was relatively straight forward- they had my fabs ready to go, moving carts were available; it would have been nice to receive more info about where to park for move in, where my resident parking was, how trash works, etc, but I figured it out via trial and error. The leasing office staff is very find and readily available during their hours to answer questions, and the concierge is available 24/7 to help otherwise. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment complex (so far)!

I like the apartment complex but many of the residents here aren’t very clean so I frequently see problems within the community such as dog hair everywhere, roaches, marijuana smell throughout the building and trash thrown about. It’s a shame because it’s a nice building with nice apartments.
