Love love love living here, but is very expensive. The amenities are nice, but the gym is small, but it accommodates to everyone. and the pool is very nice

Great environment! Nice pool, and quiet area. Plenty of out door space to walk and enjoy. The clubhouse is nice, as are the outdoor spaces including a fire lplace on the patio.

Mollybrook is the perfect place for me. I love the community. It’s all ages. I’ve been here since it opened and I’ve been in the same two bedroom apartment on the first floor, which is great for my disabilities. I love that you can be a social as you want or you could just keep to yourself if you want, guess my complaint is that there’s been a big turnover lately but like I said, I’ve been here for three years so I just hope my neighbors are nice as the ones that left

Counting down til lease is up honestly. Quality of materials is really low ie my door is hollow, walls paper thin etc. price is too high for what it is. The “Buzzoto” brand scent piped throughout the place is off putting.

I'd like to start out saying that the staff at Molly Brook are great and always helpful and willing to remediate situations, and the tenants are nice. However, the property itself could have used some serious TLC during construction. There is absolutely ZERO insulation between floors and walls, so you will be hearing all of your neighbors at all hours of the day and night. It often sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in and items on shelves will topple over due to doors being slammed and people stomping. Pipes leak often, and there seems to be no explanation for why it happens. The amenities are okay, but the pool is often very crowded and hard to get a seat, and the gym machinery is limited. Packages are often left in the unlocked vestibules, and the package lockers aren't used unless staff goes in and places them there every now and then. Aside from the numerous cons, the floor plans are spacious and let in lots of natural light, and the dog park and walking path are nice.

Just moved in! Feel like I’m staying at a classy hotel with the amenities and interior finishes. The apartment was very neat upon move in and maintenance is wonderful.

Living at mollybrook for me is like waking up on vacation every day I am on the first floor because of different health issues and I just love it. I love it here at mollybrook. I feel every day I wake up with gratitude and I feel like I live in a hotel. Also, I’m close to my mom who needs my help and lives Wyckoff. I am also very involved in the town. My grandfather was actually the mayor of North Haledon in 1945.

My apartment is great, and the grounds are well-maintained. I really like how peaceful and quiet the community is, and how close it is to the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve. The staff are also very friendly and professional and helped me out when I needed their assistance.

Have been in US for 6 months, couldn't choose for a better place to live! It's a pretty quiet neighborhood with short commutes to commercial and recreation areas. The staff is also great, always willing to help and solve any doubt or concern related to the property.

While this is generally a nice community, it is under two years old and there are numerous issues with “amenities” not working and also not being fixed, many residents utilizing guest spots and not paying for a second vehicle with no consequence, and other items such as a broken sprinkler line that hasn’t been addressed in over a month.

Love the place it’s truly a wonderful place to live. Neighbors are great and so is the maintenance people. The pool is always clean and the dog park is always open for my dog

We like to live in our Molly Brook on Belmont! First of all it’s in great location, we are surrounded by nature and close to everything. People are friendly dog lovers and Buzzuto representatives helpful and very nice. The clubhouse, pool area, and common places are not too crowded and are kept in very good condition. It's easy living and we love it

My apartment is wonderful and the staff and maintenance are attentive. The landscaped grounds are pretty in all seasons. Many amenities enhance an apartment living lifestyle.

Started out great but things have gone downhill. Resident manager is often out of the office. Building cleaning is less frequent and less thorough. Residents have been turning over and many new residents don't seem to know the rules and in general rules are not well enforced. Very noisy. This year no flowers were planted in front of the buildings so there are flower beds fully mulched and watered with no flowers. Really cheapo on part of owner/management.

Great place to live. No complaints thus far, other than I wish the packaging system was working and upgraded. Packages often go missing or are late due to them being delivered to the incorrect building. Great for dogs- nice dog park and dog wash station. Amazing amenities from the pool, outdoor BBQ area and gym. The gym could use more dumbbells, as there is only one set of each weight.

I love it here. My apartment is beautiful, and it’s quiet and I’ve never been happier. I’ve also gotten to know a lot of my neighbors at the pool. It’s been a great experience the last year.

I love the people that work at Molly Brook -however, that’s where it stops. Things at the complex are not taken care of. You are promised that they are working on it but nothing happens.

Nice facilities and good location. The maintenance crew is super. The usual apartment living challenges—some noisy and inconsiderate neighbors, etc.
