Miscela is a great space to be in with some great amenities such as a gym and rooftop lounge space where I work from home often. I feel very safe living in this community and appreciate the proximity to the MBTA Orange Line for my work and personal commute. The nearby area is also super lively with shops and restaurants.

Good location especially for the train users. Nice front desk staffs and public spaces are cleaned regularly. There are some amenities you cannot access for some reasons and no explanation is provide from anybody about the details.

At Miscela, we strive for excellence in everything we do. I'm disappointed to hear your experience didn't meet the standards we set for ourselves, and will follow up to see how we can improve.
Building is great, but for the cost, things could be better! Great location and so convenient to so many things, all walking distance. I love the amenities this building provides but it's disappointing that the pool has been closed since Labor Day (more than half the year). The gym is fantastic, and very clean. Apartments are good but I have had to submit multiple different service requests, some have been very smooth and others have been ok.

Our upstairs neighbors make a ton of noise and we've reached out to management and the front desk multiple times to no avail. In addition, the gym is subpar and out of date. People pay a lot of money for the amenities of these buildings, those amenities should be worth the price

Not only is this apartment complex a great place to live but the community around it is growing all the time. The complex has everything you need including a pool, gym, private work space, bike storage and a dog grooming room. I’ve had an outstanding experience living at Apartment Miscela, and much of that is thanks to the amazing team here! Liam in the leasing office made the entire process seamless, from scheduling my appointment tour to handing over the key fobs—he’s professional and incredibly experienced. Michael has also been an incredible help whenever I need anything. I recently had an urgent situation where I needed to print, sign, and send important documents, and he went above and beyond to make sure I could get it done quickly. On top of that, the maintenance team, Frank and Omar, are always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, and the concierge is always friendly and ready to assist. The level of service here is exceptional, and it truly makes living at Miscela a pleasure!

I love living at Miscela. My apartment is great, the staff are amazing and the neighborhood can’t be beat.

The music in Volo Sports has been a nightmare the past month. Before that, everything was great here. But the nightly music at 75-80dB has caused me to have panic attacks, miss work, get splitting headaches, and building management won’t do anything about it. I thought we were a community looking out for each other, but they want to charge a hefty fee to leave and won’t remedy the problem. It’s so money hungry and selfish, not the building management I knew when we first signed the lease. I have never seen a residential building go down so fast.

I really like the place, and the amenities are really nice. It always surprises me how often they are empty of people, though I’ve noticed the pool has definitely become more popular than last year on weekends and holidays, making it hard to find a seat sometimes. Also, some improvements could be made to make the grills a little higher power, as wind the goes through the courtyard can cause. The gym equipment could also use an update.

Kids were too often unmanageable; desk security, particularly at night, were unfriendly and rarely looked up to see who entered. Cleaning staff, on the other hand, were friendly and thorough.

Amazing location, nice apartments, reasonably priced for the area. Amenities are very nice. Management is not very responsive but maintenance team is great.

Nice place to live with good management. A lot of residents aren't very respectful of the place though and leave trash everywhere which can be annoying but the cleaning staff is remarkable!

Very nice apartment and complex. Staff have been great when I interact with them. Unfortunately units are fairly expensive, but in line with other Boston area pricing.
