Overall, everything was fine because of the location and the cleaning system, but having Airbnb rentals on our floor is quite annoying. The neighbors change almost every day, which makes the environment feel less stable.

I love living in the Miscela building at Assembly Row — it’s the perfect mix of modern luxury and community energy. Communication is poor. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, the problems unaddressed. Design of the building (deliberate?) makes communication with management more difficult. Ongoing problems with faulty doors compromises the security of the building and bikes.

Communication with leasing team has been great. Main issue has been accurate apt dimensions prior to moving in and unit readiness upon move in (missing vent motors for both bathrooms, kitchen cabinet light repair, window blinds repair). The property, amenities and location are very nice.

Great location! Nice building overall, but I think management could work more on improving the amenities and keeping the hallways cleaner ( clean hallways, but sometimes there’s an unpleasant odor ). A little extra attention here would make a big difference for residents.

I understand that kids need to be kids, but when they are running around screaming, cannonballing on, and throwing balls into everyone around the pool, it makes it less than enjoyable. The equipment in the gym needs some significant maintenance, the benches are worn out or very cheap and flimsy, the cables on all the machines are stretched out, there need to be more plates for the smith machine and squat rack, it would be great to have dumbbells that go higher than 50lbs, more handle grips for the cables would be nice, the pin on the leg extension/leg curl machine pops out sometimes (very dangerous)

Kind receptionists and people work very hard to maintain the apartment comfortable. I have been very appreciative that a receptionist helped me to carry my package since I was very struggled. That made me feel like this apartment is my home. I'm liking this apartment a lot more than 2 month ago.

Miscela is a great space to be in with some great amenities such as a gym and rooftop lounge space where I work from home often. I feel very safe living in this community and appreciate the proximity to the MBTA Orange Line for my work and personal commute. The nearby area is also super lively with shops and restaurants.

Good location especially for the train users. Nice front desk staffs and public spaces are cleaned regularly. There are some amenities you cannot access for some reasons and no explanation is provide from anybody about the details.

The amount and variety of indoor and outdoor common space is great. The location is convenient as it's right next to the orange line. The accessibility both in the building and of the surrounding area accommodates a wide variety of needs and bodies.

I love living here! Great amenities mean my friends always want me to host! The speak easy lounge is great for watching NFL games on the big screen, and the look out lounge is wonderful for pot luck dinners.

Building is great, but for the cost, things could be better! Great location and so convenient to so many things, all walking distance. I love the amenities this building provides but it's disappointing that the pool has been closed since Labor Day (more than half the year). The gym is fantastic, and very clean. Apartments are good but I have had to submit multiple different service requests, some have been very smooth and others have been ok.

Miscela provides a well-rounded and modern living experience. It offers plenty of amenities to enjoy ranging from well-kept grills in the beautiful courtyard to a swaggy speakeasy to rent out with friends. My time here has been excellent.

Our upstairs neighbors make a ton of noise and we've reached out to management and the front desk multiple times to no avail. In addition, the gym is subpar and out of date. People pay a lot of money for the amenities of these buildings, those amenities should be worth the price
