Miro has been a fantastic place to live for over 5 years. The shining light in this community is the maintenance staff. While I haven't had much need for maintenance over the years, anything that has come up has been promptly fixed with a smile and good conversation. The location of the building is also a huge benefit.
I love living at Miro! This is the best complex I’ve ever resided at and the staff makes me never want to leave. Love them!

Comparing The Miro to other apartments in the area, they are a budget friendly option. Maintenance is very responsive and professional and there are tons of friendly residents.

My experience at Miro has been nothing short of amazing! The apartment is just the right distance away from museums, public transportation, and grocery stores. The walkability of the neighborhood is top notch. Inside, the lobby, stairways, and hallways are always clean and smells nice. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to stay here.

I love living here. The staff is responsive and nice. The view is amazing. I don’t hear a ton of noise when I’m inside my unit. The trash room is super convenient. I love that the gym is available whenever i need it. It’s also in a remarkable location of Dallas.

Moving to the Miro 6 years ago was honestly the best decision I ever made! From my apartment to the pool - my friends LOVE visiting. It became a staple for many hangouts and provided the right amount of hi-rise life while being a smaller property. And did I talk about the pool??! It's on the 6th floor and you get a fantastic view of Dallas. The new management honestly does a good job of ensuring residents are put first; the maintenance team is kick-a$$, love the concierge.... Love this place!!

I lived at the Miro for a year. The property is well-kept, decent amenities, and the location in is great for walking. The maintenance team is fantastic and was throughout my time there. Cons: The concierge turnover is so high that the level of service depends on who is there. Most are talking on their phone while you’re asking for a package (this is kept in a room only the concierge have access to) and barely acknowledge you. There have been many times I was told my packages were not there because they didn’t feel like looking when the package room was full. Annoying but tolerable. The REAL ISSUES started with the opening of the restaurant at the bottom of the building. We weren’t given notice of the restaurant’s opening date and several residents had to complain as it was so chaotic and caused a huge inconvenience. To this day, the restaurant’s valet uses the resident parking. I was told this would be very briefly until something else could be arranged (6+ months isn’t brief). Many times my car was almost hit by valet speeding in the garage in the wrong direction. They finally installed signs in the garage pointing EVEN more clearly to the direction so I think this was common. Since the valet drop off/pick up point is in front of the building, on the weekends there is a huge influx of cars and you hear drunk people screaming or fighting. Hearing drunk fights even sitting in your apartment was a common occurrence if your unit faces the front of the restaurant. I’ve had to stop people from entering the building claiming they were there to meet a resident and security footage eventually showed them leaving without meeting anyone. This made me very uncomfortable so I installed my own security system for my unit. There are also an influx of Airbnb renters coming in and out of the building. Usually large families with kids. I first thought it was residents wanting extra money but quickly realized it was the leasing company. On numerous occasions, I heard the concierge asking visitors if they were there to check in for Airbnb. I’m aware of several residents who have moved out due to this reason. The leasing company is well within their right to do this, however, once again this is something we were not told about. There was overall a lack of communication or willingness to preemptively act unless enough people complained. Then it was the story of “you are our number one priority.” No, the reality is I’m just a number and you want my money.

Great experience so far, happy to have chosen Miro! They have a lot of great floor plans that are competitively priced. The location is very convenient, and there is even a Tom Thumb within walking distance. The amenities are maintained well, and the staff is always there to help with any concerns. The maintenance team is also really friendly and quick to take care of work orders.

The Miro has been a great and the team is awesome. Extremely willing to help. The concierge is so friendly and always has a smile when they greet you. I love the location and walkability of the property. The units are very modern and clean. The floorplans are very long so doesn't feel like you get as much space with the SF but still very nice.

The building is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, stores and highways. The units are spacious and well maintained. Amenities are good. The leasing and maintenance staff are polite and friendly. Ample parking available. Overall a fine place to live.

As there are many choices to life in the downtown area none compare to the location along with the rental monthly cost and cleanness of the building.

Miro has great views, nice apartment layouts, and great finishes in a new building with a great staff and friendly neighbors.

Decent enough building. I would imagine if you're from either Texas or someplace other than the coasts, it would seem expensive. A bargain for folks from way more expensive cities. That said, for the Dallas market at this price point, the building is somewhat lacking; in both materials used and amenities.
Not smoke free, and those smoking in the apartment can be smelled throughout the hallway. Poor management, Concierge hours change without any notification, good maintenance staff but that's about it. There are dozens of other buildings to live in. I have called several times about my lease and the management of my building. My car has been damaged to upwards of $1,000, I have been accused of neglecting my service animal, and I have been accused of damaging the building by smoking cigarettes, which I do not smoke. There have been timeless instances where I have tried to contact the office for assistance, from noise complaints to weed smoking, and have received no action nor responsiveness. I want to get out of my lease, and leave this apartment complex, but the manager has refused to allow me to do so. At this point, I would like to hear from a regional manager or corporate manager to discuss this immediately.
Toured this place this weekend and fell in love! The building is uniquely laid out with concierge on the first level, right along side Ruth's Chris Steak House. Friendly staff escorted me up to the 6th level where we experienced all the amenities you could ask for in a luxury high rise. The pool was amazing, and the dog park was just perfect. The apartments were very modern and their layouts where unique in design. We chose a great 1 bedroom/ study with the most amazing skyline view Victory Park. The whole feel of the building was reminiscent of a boutique hotel, right down to the concierge. The rooftop pool deck has to be witnessed if you are looking for an Uptown Dallas apartment. Look forward to moving into this place, more than anywhere else I have ever lived before. A true gem in Dallas.
