Property Ratings at Miramonte Villas
When you have to deal with constant leaks in the ceiling that cause you to have to rent hotel rooms because your apartment is unlivable, that's not what I want to call home. All we've gotten from "management" is LIES and the blame-game. Unless you like living and sleeping under a waterfall, DON'T MOVE HERE!
I enjoyed my lease at this complex. the water pressure was great, water was always hot, the neighbors were always friendly. the valet trash was convenient. I never had any issues with parking, however vistors will have to park down the street sometimes. the neighborhood across cedar springs is perfect for walking around.
