I just recently moved from out of town, and Jahnisha, along with management, has made my move in process so easy & smooth. The apartments are nice in size and features. Everyone is friendly, and the neighborhood is safe & quiet. Easy access to Downtown Miami and other popular areas as well.

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! I lived here when it was managed by Alan and I have been one of the few if not the only one who is still living here on site. The Property has done a complete 360, it is clean and welcoming . The Manager is the same as when alan had the building but she has always been a doll always very helpful and cheerful. Looking for a home in the upper east side come be my neighbor you will not be disappointed. Tell Them, Yessenia Sent you.

I am very pleased with the service of the employees here at Biscayne Shores. All are very friendly and sufficient. The property manager Jenny is very helpful when it comes to any issues in my apartment. I love that Jahnisha, the receptionist, is very welcoming and friendly when I walk into the office. All around, I am grateful to be living in Biscayne Shores.
Me and my wife moved here a couple of months and man let me tell you it was the best decision we ever made. The property manager jenny was so warm and friendly. She made me laugh with her spunky bold personality. Jahnisha is super helpful she allowed us to call her and text her when ever we had a problem. The whole staff is just friendly. They work so hard to get the building looking Good. I have seen the before pics but I will tell you they have really made a huge turn over thank you guys for all of your help!!
I have a lease here for 12 months until 2018 and its only been 4 months this place here is fantastic. I love it here especially the property management jenny she is really great, whenever I have an issue with my unit she is always here to help me. its so clean and a nice place to live, close to many amenities and friendly staff , maintenance here is impeccable and the view here is beautiful. the property here is quite and clean
Moving in is really easy as 123! Came from New York on 2/18/18 set up a few meetings to see some apartments. Went to Shorecrest club apartments which are amazing units with a view but the staff lacked character meet Jenny the Community Manager at Biscayne Shores and I officially Moved in on 2/19/18. The Place is still under renovation process and still needs some finishes but the units are Huge and comfy unlike New York I actually have closet space as this place is closet heaven there are about 4/5 in the unit.Very Happy with my New Home.
My boyfriend and I came down from our vacation and were discussing the chances of finding a really nice apartment in an area we love at a price we will love even more. Spontaneously, we decided that we would drive around Miami Shores and check apartments out considering that my parents live about 8 blocks down. We stumbled upon several apartment buildings and decided to speak with the leasing offices. Considering that I've lived in the area all my life, I always thought of the building to look a bit sketchy and deteriorated. Lucky enough we decided to check it out. Ileana was the sweetest soul and though she was having such a busy day, she took care of us as if she'd known us her whole life. We chatted a little, she gave us a bit of information but by the time she showed us a model of their 1 bedroom that was absolutely GORGEOUS, we were sold. We loved it so much that in an hour, our minds were set and we were in the office with Jenny. She so extremely hardworking and dedicated to her work but presents nothing less than good vibes. She was an absolute delight to work with. She took all of our information, did all the paperwork with us, and that was it. The same day, the unit was ours. There were a bit of minor issues here and there with the internal construction, but, the next morning I came back and as promised by both Ileana and Jenny, maintenance was in the apartment working on everything that we felt needed to be fixed. We are so pleased and so excited with our new apartment and are looking forward to leasing here for more than just the minimum of 12 months. My husband and I have been searching for an apartment for months and We where on a deadline to move out and with the deadline coming at full speed stress had become us. One day we decided to take a day off of work and we went apartment hunting and we stumble upon this building it looked run down but it said it was leasing so we decided not to judge the outside because we saw construction workers outside so we thought it had to be under new renovation and we were right! When we walked into the leasing office automatically Ileana greeted us with a warm and pleasant smile. She was friendly informative and honest. She showed us a couple of apartments gave us the rates per month. We explained to her about our situation she is truly a blessing she listen and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help us and that's exactly what she did with the help of fabulous owner of the building Jenny. Not only was the process quick and pleasant they treated us like family and that's what we needed. I would definitely recommend this place it's clean, quiet, friendly neighbors, all new appliances, and most importantly an awesome staff! The best place to live We love our apartment if I could give more stars I would thanks for Jenny and ILeana
