The Metropolitan is a great place to live. My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years. Rent is reasonable for the area. The staff is great. The amenities are competitive. The gym is one of the better residential gyms in the area. We have had an all-around great experience living here.

The Metropolitan is by far the best experience that I have had while living in an apartment. The Location is right off of the Glenwood restaurant strip in the Glenwood South neighborhood. Not too close so its not too loud on the weekends. The Property management team is assertive and professional. The best property management team I have ever experienced working with. The Metropolitan has a very petty friendly atmosphere! The fob key access makes it very easy to have our dog walkers access the apartment when needed. The fob key access makes the apartments very secure. With cameras at each elevator, you also need key access to enter each door and floor. We feel very safe here. The maintenance team is on top of things! They responded to a non-emergency issue in less than 2 hours! With hand sanitizer at every entry and exit this place takes COVID-19 seriously. Im always seeing the cleaning team vacuuming, mopping or spraying. The hallways always smell clean! Free Coffee! The coffee machine is always clean, full and working! Overall this place is awesome!

I love living at the Metropolitan. The move-in process was easy, and my apartment is awesome. It such a great community with great residents that are always friendly when I pass them in the hallway. The building is kept clean and the amenities are awesome!
The studio apartment we rent is good quality. Staff have been responsive to needs and concerns. We like the security of the parking arrangements. We enjoy the exercise equipment, and I enjoy the pool table on occasion.
The Metropolitan is a wonderful place to live. The residence managers all very attentive and focused on the residents needs. The amenities here are awesome and not too mention the location is so close to all that you may need in Glenwood South. Love living here!
We looked at numerous condos and apartments for sale and rent within the downtown Raleigh area prior to choosing The Metropolitan. The deciding factors for us was the initial feel walking into the lobby, the location, large floor plan and layout for the price and the amazing tour with Dustin! The customer service has been awesome as well!! We decided immediately after our tour that this was the place for us, after weeks of looking elsewhere!! Great place to call home!
The complex is fairly nice, hallways are sometimes a little dirty but cleaners come often to fix that issue. The apartment itself is nice, but small especially for the price. But I have had no issues that were unable to be remedied by the staff, they are very helpful and quick to action.
The Metropolitan Apartments are great if you're looking for a convenient location to downtown Raleigh and great apartment amenities / features. The staff is great as far as providing details to make your move easy, tackling anything maintenance within 48 hours, and being available from the smallest issues to large (if they were to arise). I would recommend the metropolitan to anyone looking for affordable prices with modern design.

My partner and I toured nearly every single apartment in downtown Raleigh and the Metro is by far the best. It was an easy choice to move in & for the past month we have loved every second of it! Great place to live - great layouts with nice finishes, awesome community amenities, helpful staff & respectful neighbors. Also in a great location, though be prepared to hear the train from time-to-time, including at night!
Management is very relaxed and clearly wants to help out when they can. They seem to understand that this is your home, and try not to impose on your home and living. Compared to other apartment complexes that I have lived in, this is by far the most respectful management, in terms of not imposing unnecessary rules and regulations that inconvenient your home and community life that you might encounter at other places. I am really liking it so far. The common areas are kept clean and the building feels safe and secure. There seems to be a lot of mutual respect between residents and management/amenities.

The Metropolitan is an ideal, modern and sophisticated apartment community in Downtown Raleigh. The maintenance team is very responsive, quick and professional in completing service requests and general building maintenance. The office team as well are very professional, friendly and customer service driven. They host various community events and have plenty of amenity areas to lounge and host gatherings. The main reason I chose The Metropolitan is because they do not charge for parking and also offer free parking for guests where almost all communities in downtown charge a pretty penny. I highly recommend this community .

I moved in to The Metropolitan shortly after they opened and have loved every minute of living here. The square footage you get for the rent far, FAR exceeds other complexes in the area. And on top of that, the amenities are just icing on the cake. The golf simulator/theatre room is incredibly unique and SO fun. The arcade room, and really nice gym are nice additions as well. The property management in in-building, so anything you need is taken care of quickly, and they're all great people and fun to stop by and visit! And one of the best amenities is that parking is included! The deck has plenty of room and you're not charged $50-75/month My only critique is that you can sometimes hear the people above you walking around if they're a heavy walker.

The Metropolitan in Raleigh, NC is the place to be!!! The staff members are friendly, attentive and professional. The location is prime as there are many restaurants, lounges and just overall downtown raleigh events at your fingertips. I highly recommend the community.
