Excellent apartment complex
Wonderful experience at MetroStar. The staff are wonderfully helpful, always going above and beyond (Nichole has helped us countless times carry our stroller, brings packages to our doorstep from the mailroom, has even helped us take out our trash(!)). Facilities are impeccable, any need for maintenance is addressed within 1-2 hours. Could not be happier here, and would recommend MetroStar to anyone looking for a great apartment in New Haven in an awesome location!

Lived in 297 George for precisely one year, and one year too many. The maintenance team? Fantastic. The office administrators, on the other hand? Absolute nightmares. At the time of my occupancy, MetroStar only accepted payment via checks which had to be mailed to a neighboring town. No rent drop boxes in the downtown New Haven area, which is outrageous considering the number of properties they have. Units are nice enough, but not worth the money. Especially when you can literally hear your neighbor next door tearing off a square of toilet paper.
