I am completely happy with my apartment at Meridian. The location is perfect for both the airport and downtown SLC, and the views of the city and mountains are amazing. The office staff is great, and the gym, clubhouse, and pool are perfect for what I need.

I love how quiet this apartments can be. I never hear the neighbors and I have neighbors on the top and bottom. The amenities are nice, I just wish the pool was heated. We were able to get a second parking space pretty quickly, so I can’t complain about that either. It’s a great place to live.

Good quality apartment with good insulation from outside weather. Relatively newer appliances. Stable and fast in unit internet. Clean Club house gym and pool and hot tub, where gym is open 24 hours a day. Overall a good pick in signing a lease.

Very comfortable place. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy with homelessness around the area but the complex does pretty good with separating itself from that environment and I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment

Meridian apartment management are terrible, they charge outrageous fees, not enough parking spots, they love to tow vehicles causing financial issues for others, they dont follow through with requests, they are childish and unprofessional, I believe the area is nice but the management are incompetent. I wont recommend anyone to move here. Stay away.

I use to live downtown and moved here about six months ago. THIS PLACE IS SO PEACEFUL. It's perfectly located convenient to everything i need including access to the freeway in minutes. Management, Tanner and crew, are amazing. They have always been helpful and attentive to my needs during my move in and since then. I love my view of the mountains and the property is always well maintained.

2020, I was standing at the Trax station. I'm not sure 100% how it happened but I said. " I like that place one day I'm going to be living there". Well 2 years later here I am living at the Meridian. Not a bad place to live community has its snot of a place but overall everyone is loving and Welcoming. the amenities are great the facility is clean. I love it at the Meridian.

I have lived at Meridian for about 3 weeks now and the transition of relocating from Texas to Utah has been amazing. I’ve truly enjoyed my time living at meridian, especially over the past year. During my time here there have been a couple of management changes/switches, but the current office staff has been among the best over the years. They’re friendly (to me and my puppy) and helpful and have worked to quickly resolve any issues I’ve had come up. Management-resident relations are truly something they seem to excel at and the community socials they’ve hosted have included plenty of great food and space to get to know your neighbors if you wish. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the matter has been handled within the same day. The new manager has taken several resident survey responses into consideration and as a result, the clubhouse outdoor fireplaces and clubhouse grills have been replaced, and a new dog park area has been built. The individual apartment units are beautiful and modern and are spacious compared to apartments at other properties in the area. Floor to ceiling windows provide a great view and plenty of sunlight. Modern washer and dryer sets are in each unit, which certainly impacted my decision to live here in the first place because of the convenience afforded by having your own space to do laundry when needed. If you’re a single apartment occupant then parking isn’t an issue, however space is limited so needing more than one spot isn’t something that can easily be accommodated.

There is the stench of animal urine at each entrance. Staff are reluctant to assist with concerns and the maintenance team fails to keep up the weight room equipment. It's in a seedy part of town, and vandalism happens frequently, which the apartment staff victim-blame if you bring it to their attention.

There’s homeless people everywhere! Not safe for kids. There’s a gross looking motel next to the apartments where 4 sex offenders live. The cops are always coming. The parking is the worst and there’s dog poop everywhere!!!

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Meridian. Due to some circumstances that are out of our control we are taking proper steps to ensure safety at the Community, such as having gated parking and Courtesy Patrol. We have reserved parking for residents, however due to the close proximity to downtown Salt Lake and public transportation, the city has allowed 1:1 ratio for parking. We do have street parking that is city regulated. Please note, we have a no tolerance policy for pet feces and hold pet owners fully responsible to clean up after their pets, in addition we have a full maintenance team that cleans the grounds throughout the day during the week. Its the best apartment complex in SLC! The staff is amazing and the amenities are top-notch! I have never had a problem here.

We, as family, feel comfortable living here in Meridian. The appointment is specious and having modern appliances and very good design. The staff are nice, cooperative and helpful, especially Willam, actually all are friendly. However, living in a multi floors building we may expect disturbance some time from residents, which is a normal nature since we are all humans and having different mentality, senses and behaviors.

Gates never work, homeless people always in the parking lot, trash everywhere, management dosen't care about anyone! Raw sewer smell, expensive as hell it's not close to the price they quote you!

My wife and I have lived here for a year. We do not like it. You have to pay for trash twice. If you don’t want to pay to park you’ll probably just get towed so you’ll have to pay anyway. They say they are saving parking spots inside for residents but they won’t let people get more than one. The apartment smells like sewage and it comes back every summer. It was so bad last year we had to sleep with our windows open and the fans on just to keep from gagging. The mailboxes are in the office so you can’t get packages or anything on Sunday because it’s locked. The dog run is a joke. My chihuahua couldn’t even get a full sprint in that small space. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I have lived in this complex since they opened and have not been pleased with my time here. The staff if great. The building, although new, is not the best. These are all just facts about the complex. No opinions. There has been raw sewage smells in every apartment in the summer. It isn't there in the winter, but who knows if it's actually fixed or it will be a recurring problem. Water has been coming into the apartments by way of the balcony and although they have put some silicone to try to stop that from happening, it still happens. The secured parking is not very secure as the gates are broken a lot and have to be left open. You have to pay for parking in the lot, but if you park on the street you are likely to be towed since the hotel across the street and the city put up signs and started towing cars the same day. The planner for this complex didn't plan for trash to be kept on sight and taken out by dumpster later so that means that you have to put everything in the chute that's meant to be just for recycling. They didn't read the contract with the trash people well enough so they don't actually take it off site. (I was told this by an employee.) You pay for valet trash but that means he takes it to the end of the hall for you. I would rather take it there myself and not pay for it. Everyone had an upcharge in the sewage and were not given a credit until two months later. There is a dog run advertised, but the place in question is about 30 feet by 5 feet. It's basically just used as a place for dogs to relieve themselves. Too dangerous to let dogs run there. An apartment had been broken into and I had to find out by another resident because they didn't notify anyone. These problems might be fixed in the future, but as I will not be renewing my lease, I will not be around to see. If you can get past some of these problems, it's a nice enough place to stay, but I know there are better places without these problems.
