Property Ratings at Meadow Ridge
I have lived here for over a year, and half of that has been sleepless nights due to loud neighbors. ALL NIGHT LONG! It got to the point where I called the cops and the management gave me a violation. Everything from the washing machine not working when I moved in to no heat in the winter and having them "switch the wires". Then do the same thing in the summer for a/c. My front door knob screws fell out and when I tried to put them back in, they attached to nothing. It seems sketchy that they wouldn't use long enough screws to attach the door knob, or even the ones that comes in the the package. The bathtub and shower walls started bubbling and pealing the first shower I took. They tore down the wall in the bathroom and the finish work is terrible. Not what I moved in to. This is a "renovated" apartment and its falling apart. And they raise the rent. If you want peace of mind, don't move here its not worth the price!
The Management has violated the lease agreement by not getting the Air Conditioning fixed. The worst experience I had living in this Apartment by far.
Do not move here!!! Cockroaches all over, even after they spray. Loud neighbor's all hours of the night. Move anywhere but here!

Tenant here currently, roach infested unit. Property manager Erica has been unprofessional and demeaning of the situation put blame on myself even though I came to this unit with brand new furniture never lived around roaches. Before furniture was delivered this empty unit had roaches in bedroom in kitchen. Their treatment did not work. Store bought treatments did not work. Photos and videos were sent to leasing manager for documentation purposes. Erica stated me being uncooperative even though they never called me to set up treatment days nor have they called to follow up if it’s been effective. Only response received is after I sent videos or pics of the roaches found. I have kids that are uncomfortable. This is not the way to live and definitely should not have rented this unit out in the first place with this problem. Never came across such manipulative and unprofessional management. Be cautious before signing lease.

horrible place to live, they don't fix anything you ive been waiting 8 months for screens.
The worst place ever to consider staying in - do not go, my experience with this place was dreadful.
Location is convenient, close to the 215 and 15 freeways. About 10 minutes from the strip. Apartment complex is quiet, lots of families. Not a gated community. Nice large pool, hottub, free gym.
