Tree-filled, historic, and packed with educational opportunity, there's no other neighborhood quite like Fenway. The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). Property Ratings at MBH Apartments
Although this is one of the better buildings in the area, that unfortunately isn't saying much. Students all act as if this is the first time they've been out of mom's house, drunkenly screaming nonsense at all hours. Nobody has any manners, and the area is flooded with idiotic Red Sox fans haplessly looking for either Fenway Park of their cars.
The landlord outsources the management of the unit to a company. They rarely answer phone calls, emails. When they do, they don't follow through on what they say they will do. Beautiful location, nice building. Just horrendous management.
