First, sometimes the WiFi just lost for at least hours, or one or two days. Second, There is no A/C even when it is hot outside. Third, elavtor has been out of service for several months.

This apartment has the best location in such a way that you can see the nearest city from every angle you are in the apartment, elevators working properly, apartment very clean, shower and heater working properly. I would really recommend here for anyone

Beautiful rooms with nice views. There is a gym compartment in the building with peloton bikes! Good fit for UPenn students.

I have had a horrible experience at the Mason on Chestnut. Upon move in, I was moved into a room with a leak and chronic water damage. I asked them numerous times to repair this leak, and each time, the leak would restart after a day or two. After finally being relocated to a different room (as management never fixed the leak), I have had further issues including a lack of room security (door does not lock) and bathtub damage/drainage issues. These issues have also not been addressed for a month now Maintenance here does not acknowledge any requests for weeks. Management also rarely to never replies.

The A/C did not work in the summer, and now our Heat is not working in the winter. The shared kitchens are not cleaned well and management is a mess because it keeps changing every few weeks.
