I’am really enjoying mason and main community. It is very quiet environment for someone when works from home. Amenities are so amazing !!
Mason and Main has been wonderful compared to where I was living. Juan and Miss Kiara as always have a smile and always speak and I really like that. That goes for the other employees too their names just escape me right now.
Looking and signing in for an apartment is quite a breeze with Mason and Main. The leasing staff were all professional and easy to talk to. We’ve been here for less than a month but it’s good so far.
It would be nice if trash cans were made accessible around the community. So that we as a community could keep it looking, clean and tidy. There used to be trash cans outside of the elevators in the garage and sometimes starting in 2025 they were removed. I asked maintenance why and was told because people were putting trash in them. In addition, it would be nice if the elevators could be kept clean as well. My goal is not to be critical but to see members of our community, not move out after only a year of living here. The neighborhood is already unsafe it would be nice to build community.
We have lived here several years and plan to stay. The location is convenient to public transportation. I have made friends with several of the residents. The staff is very supportive.

I am happy to be part of Mason and Main community. The Management has been responsive and fair to my concerns and requests. I depend on public transit and the location is ideal because there are many stops for the bus and street car all around the area. I am comfortable living in my unit so much so I just signed my third year lease this week.
Kudos to Mason and Main Management for taking care of my concerns regarding security issues. They installed a security latch on the gate to the steps leading to the outside door of all ground floor units facing the park as requested. The security latch will not stop anyone with bad intentions to approach my door but the sound of someone opening the Iatch and the ADT video will give me ample warnings before any untoward incidents can happen. There are also regular patrols by security personnel around the two-building complex. The Management, particularly the Operations Manager, has always been responsive to any issues I brought up. The leasing staff and Maintainance are also very helpful and take care of problems promptly. I am in the process of signing my third year lease as I feel safe and comfortable to be part of the Mason and Main community. The location is ideal as I can hop on the bus or street car from many stops around the area. Grocery shopping, whether at QFC or Asian stores in the International District, is a breeze. Any security concerns, especially around Jackson St and 12th Ave, have been dealt with by law enforcement.
The units are nice and ground maintenance and building cleanliness are excellent. The location is also great.

Each time I visit the office, Juan is always professional, attentive, and welcoming. Whether I’m stopping by with a question or just passing through, he consistently greets me with a warm demeanor and takes the time to engage in conversation when he’s available. His positive attitude and willingness to assist make every interaction feel refreshing, and I genuinely appreciate the effort he puts into making residents feel valued. It’s clear that Juan takes pride in his work, and his presence enhances the overall experience of living at Mason & Main. If you’re looking for a home, Mason and Main is not the place for you. This property feels more like a workplace than a community. The high turnover rate among staff reflects a lack of care for employees, and the same disregard is shown to tenants. Management is negligent in addressing crime within and around the building, demonstrating little concern for the well-being of residents. Mason and Main, along with other Greystar properties, seem focused solely on business transactions rather than fostering a safe and supportive environment. I urge those seeking a home to consider other options.

Over the year of my lease I only had problem after problem with this property and their management. Also, once my lease finally ended and I moved out, they had the audacity to charge me for another month’s rent! I wound not recommend anyone to live here. Worst Apartment Complex Ever!!!
So far, my experience at Mason & Main has been positive. There were a couple hiccups with getting the apartment ready for move-in and the flooring, but the management team has been very responsive and the community has been great so far.

From the day I submitted my application, the entire team has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I always say, with a strong leader, you’ll have a strong team. Shannon, the Community Manager, leads by example and will get out to assist you with your needs if the leasing team is not available. I really appreciate her willingness to help even though she has a TON of things to do behind the scenes. The leasing team is warm and welcoming. You’re always greated with a smile! The maintenance team is super helpful and knowledgeable. The list of great things about the team goes on and on. The second best things are the beautiful amenities. Mason and Main leasing and maintenance staff are responsive to any issues and concerns I brought up. I am extremely happy with my unit since I moved in in May 2023. The location is ideal, landscapping is beautiful and amenities are excellent.
Staff suck at responding to emails and not happy that bldg does not have air conditioning when it advertised it online
We were so happy and relieved when we found Mason and Main Apartments. All our expectations were met. The management staff are friendly and courteous. To top things off, the social activities have made us even more welcome.
