Perched on a tree-filled hill, Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most famous neighborhoods. It is named for the elegant Victorians that once dominated the landscape. Today, only a handful of the Queen Anne homes remain. As one of Seattle's largest neighborhoods, Queen Anne is often referred to in smaller sections, such as North Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne.
Extending from the north end of Downtown Seattle to Lake Union's Fremont Cut, Queen Anne changes as you travel through the neighborhood -- the end closest to downtown contains the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Key Arena. The north end is a little more residential and is home to Seattle Pacific University. Be sure to visit Kerry Park for amazing views of Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Martinique
I've lived here for a little over a year and I absolutely loved this place. Community manager is always responsive and friendly, but also makes sure the property is well maintained. Very proactive when there's inspection or any work being done in the property which I appreciated during our stay. If I didn't have to move out of state due to my job, I would have stayed longer here. This place is a hidden gem for sure.
I have lived here for over 20 years and never regretted a day. The management are friendly and keep both the grounds and apartments in excellent shape. The apartment itself lives large because of the view and the 6x25foot terrace. There is lots of storage and the living/dining/kitchen gives it that open feel. I love 1960 interiors because it is not just a box. There are some niches that make the floor plan interesting. I love the neighborhood as there are lots of trees and though you are less than a mile from downtown you feel hidden in your own world with the lake as your front yard. The laundry and gym are convenient and well kept and the covered parking is a plus. If you are looking for more than an apartment, you are looking for a home I suggest you see this property!
