Friendly and warm staff, beautifully designed building that makes living at Maison Green exciting. Our experience with Bozzuto has been top notch! From the minute we walked in the door, to the brand new building scent, to the pristine surroundings, it was a great first impression. The team did a great job ensuring our move in went smoothly - even accommodating our special request for non toxic cleaning products used in our home. This property wasn't even on our list but when we learned about the pet friendly environment and all the services they provide to residents we made an appointment for a tour. On move in day our door had a sticker across it stating it has been thoroughly cleaned and both the kitchen and bath were stocked with paper products and supplies. We've been here a week now and absolutely love it! The attentive staff and beautiful surroundings are the best!

Maison Green is really nice, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we need for a comfortable living. Overall living here has been great. Wonder if they will be cleaning up the Garage now that we are over winter. Also should have the grills cleaned more often not that more people are using them.

There is nothing like having an apartment on the Penthouse floor of Maison Green. Vaulted ceilings and beautiful views of the Edina Country Club golf course made it an easy choice. It’s like living in a luxury hotel. I also have access to the 7th floor club room and can bring my laptop in there when I work from home. So glad I moved back to Edina.

We moved into Maison Green two months ago and could not be happier! The management team is top tier, very attentive and often plan fun events for the residents. Maintenance does an excellent job at keeping the amenities & common areas perfectly clean. The floor plan for our apartment was very well thought out! It is spacious, has a private terrace, more than enough storage space & the kitchen is perfect. The outside courtyard and pool are ideal for grilling, and the fitness center is fully equipped. There is also an onsite restaurant called Starling that is extremely convenient and good! There is just something that sets this building apart from the other options we toured and considered. Highly recommend!!

Love living at Maison Green so far! The grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are great! It’s very quiet and have not had any issues with noise. I feel safe which was especially important for my husband and I having a child. Location is great with access to the highway and 50th/France minutes away. The only issues I’ve had so far are that there have been so kinks to work out with the package room. Everybody is friendly and super responsive to complaints/issues.

It is very nice to live here. The facilities are always kept clean. The maintenance team's response is also immediate. It can be resolved in just a few hours. I am very satisfied because everything in the house is clean, up-to-date and luxurious. And also there are good schools nearby so it is very convenient for commuting to school.

This is by far the nicest place I have ever lived. It’s like a hotel! I just moved in and have had no issues so far, the staff are also super responsive to all the questions I have had!
