Townhouse style units feature kitchen and living space downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Three bedroom units have an additional 1/2 bath downstairs with washer/dryer hook-ups. Laundry facilities are on site for the use of all tenants and feature a FOB system for resident access only. Minimum & maximum income limits apply. Minimum income requirements not necessary if applicant has a mobile section 8 voucher. Applications are available at the Management Office at 70 Broadway St., Chicopee, MA.
