Only been living in the apartment for 4 days. The freezer leaked water and created a slab of ice at the bottom. The ice maker turned into a block of ice. I turned down the temperature thinking it would help but nope. The water is leaking inside of the fridge and on the floor. Took pictures and showed the staff who just blew it off like its a regular routine request. I haven't been able to buy groceries because of it. They finally came while I was gone and just scrapped the ice out, left the block of ice in the icemaker tray and left. No note that they been there, no resolution, nothing. Also, having an ant issue all over the apartment. Horrible place, find another property

The lights in the parking garage in the building with Mena’s (1851 N Greenville Ave)DONT WORK!As soon as you enter the gates and go up the first ramp ALL of those lights are completely out. Then the uncovered part of the 3rd floor and 4th floor outdoor building lights DONT WORK. Basically only the bottom floor lights work. More keep going out and they don’t get replaced! Yes – its gated but still its dark and makes you feel uneasy walking into the building. The gates dont do much either since you will have people who dont live here tailgating to get in. the sticker to park in the building useless. A bunch of unauthorized people park here.

My parents always taught me the golden rule. I have had 0 problems, they are wonderful. I see complaints where people say they don’t answer. They are human, they have yours, they get busy. It’s life! I moved in September and they mad everything so seamless for me. The area is great, I love all the restaurants and convenient places I can walk to. Post Eastside will always be my home unless I move to a house or another city!

The management at Post Eastside is about as bad as I’ve ever experienced. They do not answer the phones, respond to emails, or provide any level of customer service. When you go into the office, they are rude, dismissive, and condescending. This is obviously one person’s experience but I caution anyone that is considering an apartment here. I am not going to waste anyone’s time with a novel about how bad they are, I just wanted to make sure an accurate review was left for anyone considering this community.

I have put in about 2 orders with maintenance since moving to the property, both times all issues were resolved and taken care of within a day or 2. When it took more than one day I received a notification from the office that it would be the following day due to other things being tended to. I rarely go down to the office to pick up packages (usually it is my girlfriend) and the staff always has greeted me with a very welcoming attitude. I love the location, many restaurants nearby and easily accessible. I will definitely be renewing a lease with this complex.
I have enjoyed our time at Post Eastside. The community is safe and very convenient. The staff, although ever-changing is always pleasant. The rental rate is reasonable. I think more community events would be awesome, especially in the park. It's really an underutilized area. Second, parking is a problem. It would help if every resident were assigned a spot. I've seen cars, who have not paid for a spot, leave the same car parked for months. In the grand scheme of things, these are minor tweaks and again, I'm a happy tenant. We've been here for nearly 3 years.
The Leasing Office is very professional and friendly. They are responsive to my needs. The maintenance team is fantastic and quick to answer calls and make repairs. I live in my complex because it is within 2 miles from my work place and is on the train line as well as right off the major highway. I enjoy the neighborhood shops and appreciate the proximity of restaurants.

Very dog friendly. Spacious living spaces. Front office will let you know when you have packages. The manager there only took meeting me to remember my name and always greets me.
We have been here three years and it has mostly been a good and pleasant experience. The service people are generally polite and responsive. We are on the first floor near an entrance/exit with a trash room adjacent. It sometimes is embarrassingly nasty when residents are careless by dropping trash on the way or just dumping it outside the room. Our upstairs neighbors get noisier or more rambunctious than we would like, but it reminds us we?re not the only ones in the complex. In other words, our complaints are about some of the residents rather than the employees.
I have enjoyed living at Post Eastside for almost 10 years. The excellent office and maintenance staff have helped to provide a quality living environment.
Post Eastside in Richardson is a great community to live in. The office staff, maintenance, and groundskeepers are the most efficient and reliable personnel that I have ever experienced. This location is convenient to the dart train, restaurants and convenience stores.

I've lived here for a little over 6 months now and have had no major issues, just a few small ones. During the recent heavy rain I did have a roof leak. Given that it didn't stop raining for about a week they didn't immediately come to fix it. It was actually a couple of weeks later. They didn't repaint the ceiling the same color so now there's a bright white spot on the ceiling. It doesn't affect my day to day life. I had an issue with my bathtub and my refrigerator. Maintenance came on the same day for both situations and had it fixed. I love this location. it's 5 minutes from my job. The restaurants downstairs are all amazing! The only issue I have with the location is the nearest walmart/target/kroger is kinda far, but I can deal with it. Overall I'm happy here. They offer a loft option and my apartment is really huge!

I had a water leak coming from the ceiling, for over 6 months and management ignored all maintenance request to fix it. When I informed them that the leak was damaging my property, they smuggly blew off my complaint and said "that's what renter insurance is for". No empathy, no respect for the residents.

The apartment is in a great location. It takes no time at all to get to downtown Dallas, but it is always quiet and chill when we get back to the apartment. The grounds are always clean and well kept. The actual apartments are very nice and the staff are honest and helpful. We plan to stay here for years.
