My experience here has been okay. I am happy with my apartment and maintenance is done quickly when I request it. However, the community amenities, such as the dog wash, are not maintained well, and we are charged a lot of junk fees, such as 25 dollars a month for Valet Trash, water and utilities for the clubhouse, and "convenience fees" for paying the rent online. You can get a nicer and less expensive place elsewhere when you factor in all the nickel and diming.

The apartments are modern and well sized., with high ceilings. Only first-floor units have bathtubs, with just one outlet in the bathroom/walk-in closet area! The contracted landscape company keeps the grounds tidy, but onsite maintenance does not clean the dumpster areas. Most residents feel it's not right to be billing for valet trash service most don't use and not using that money towards the upkeep of these areas. The clubhouse, fitness , and pool areas are nice . Management offers events sometimes which are a great way to meet neighbors. Unfortunately, my experience with office communication has been very poor; I have called and sent emails regarding an ongoing legal and lease violation involving neighbors and their dogs, but those have gone unanswered, which is very unprofessional. The community's location is convenient, but it does border another community that gets quite a bit of police activity, which is scary. Without the negatives, it would be a five-star community.

We have loved living in Luna Bella apartments. It is such a clean and quiet community. Community amenities are well taken care of, and everything in our unit seems to be functioning well since moving into our place in June. The staff members in the leasing office are incredibly friendly and helpful. The complex is very dog friendly, and we are so happy in our new home!

Don't be a fool and actually believe their claim to having "Sound Insulated Walls and Ceilings, Double Insulated Walls Between Apartments and Insulated Plumbing Walls", because that is the furthest from the truth. You will hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING and have ZERO peace and quiet, which is even a section of the lease agreement (peace and quiet enjoyment of property). If you lease here, either get a top floor unit and expect to make the people below you miserable with every step and trip to the bathroom you make; or risk your sanity by being on a 1st or 2nd floor unit and invest in some top notch noise cancelling headphones and a white noise machine to even attempt to drown the noise out.

When I moved in several months ago, Sheila and Deb were so helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure I could get the apartment that I wanted. The one bedroom is beautiful and really spacious. I haven’t needed to call maintenance for anything, but the office always says to let them know and they’d fix it right away. Even with Covid-19, the amenities they have here are still awesome. The pool is incredible, the fitness center is great, they even have a little car wash station! How cool is that? It’s beautiful here, it’s close to everything I need, and Sheila, Deb, and Tiffany are always so welcoming. If you’re in the market, I highly recommend you taking a look here.

I'd like to start out by saying that the management of Luna Bella is absolutely amazing. The grounds, amenities, location, and apartments are fantastic. However, we can hear EVERY SINGLE MOVE that our upstairs neighbors make. Every single footstep, flush, heater turning on, dog toy drop, bathroom fan, chair movement, and faucet from our upstairs neighbors. I've spoken to them personally and they are really nice guys and 99.99% of this is absolutely nothing they can control. LB advertises themselves as having "Sound Insulated Walls and Ceilings, Double Insulated Walls Between Apartments and Insulated Plumbing Walls" and this, at least in our experience, is 100% false. We're looking forward to the day we can move out, which is a shame because this place is pretty awesome. I'd like to state that this is our experience, and obviously not reflective of the community as a whole.
