Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at over the years, starting year 3 living here has by far been the best experience! The biggest reason is the management staff - Joy, Bryan, and Joe - who genuinely care about the residents. They always go above and beyond, and are so personable and friendly. I always enjoy chatting with them! The residents here are also incredible and friendly which is something I haven’t really experienced at other complexes in Dallas. Can say I have made some really genuine friends since day 1! On top of that, the security staff is excellent, which makes me feel safe and comfortable no matter what time of day it is. Overall, the property and the community vibes are outstanding, and I look forward to continuing to call this place home!

Overall the location is great. However the smell down in the lobby and hallways are off putting. Maintenance does clean everyday and is great but the smell just stays. Also, amenities could use an improvement as the gym is small and as of right now pool is undergoing construction as we enter summer. Not ideal.

Everything with move-in went seamless however I have not been able to access the gym and have not received a response. Communication was great before move-in but has not been great since.
The community at the lofts is amazing! Everything is always so clean, and the whole staff is amazing. Always asaying hello and asking how you are doing. they are quick to resolve any issues, which is major!!
This place is such a great place to live! Welcoming and friendly front office staff, prompt maintenance service/repairs and aesthetically pleasing. Also love the pool area when its warm and the underground parking that is very convenient with Dallas' changing weather.
everything has been really awesome about living here except for one thing. there's been a few times now i've been called at work to let me know maintance is in my apartment and i feel uncomfortable with that. i wish they would have given me 24 hours notice or scheduled a time i could be ready and available. other than that it's perfect i will be renewing my lease
Cannot say enough positive things about this apartment! Although the staff has had a full turn over, everything has remained the same and still remains great. Another shout out I would like to give would be to the security team at mockingbird station, they are incredible and so personable! I always love running into them when I walk my dog, they always remember me and ask how my day has gone etc! 10 out of 10 recommend this apartment and glad I just renewed!

Staff here is fantastic and friendly. They made moving smooth and were helpful throughout. Great building, can’t hear your neighbors. If you like loft-style living with polished cement floors, exposed ductwork and being steps away from shopping and restaurants, this is the place for you.
The building is beautiful and located in a great area right by the Katy Trail with many surrounding restaurants and entertainment options. It's a great place to live
Just renewed my lease. Excited to be here for another year! This property is very well managed and in a very convenient location with easy access to the highway. And very close to plenty of retail and restaurants.

Great place to live, amazing area and staff. Very dog friendly as well which is huge for my girlfriend and I. Maintenance staff is attentive and gets the job done within 24 hours. Building and surrounding are clean and well kept. Highly recommended!
We just recently moved into the complex this past weekend and so far have been blown away by the residents and employees as a whole. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. The building is extremely well maintained and we have just fallen in love with our loft!

i love living here honestly. the area is great i get to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. i like the industrial style of the apartments! i got a place that fits me and my little one perfect. plus the pool is great!

Between the management, maintenance, and security staff, I could not ask for better! The Lofts at Mockingbird Station are wonderful. This is my second time to live here, and I’ve really enjoyed everything about it. The dog run has made it so easy to have our fur babies live in a loft.

So far so good!! From the awesome dog park to lap pool (olympic length!) and gym to staff and residents it’s five star! I highly recommend!
I absolutely love living here! I've lived here for 2 years now and not only do I have the best view in Dallas, but the apartment itself is always clean, the maintenance staff are all so quick and friendly, and all the residents are super great! The staff downstairs are also wonderful! They always answer my emails in a timely manner and go above and beyond to make sure I am having a great experience.
Such a pleasure living here, everything from the upkeep of the property, the team behind everything, the neighbors and surrounding amenities, and of course the unique character of your loft. Honestly still so happy to have my home here 8 months in!
Everyone is so friendly. Maintenance made getting internet set up on a Sunday easy. Security helped me maneuver my TV when I moving it alone. Tenants are very nice too.
I love the cleanliness and the location is perfect. It’s so easy to feel safe here and It’s a small complex so i get to know some of my neighbors

I love living at the Lofts at Mockingbird Station! The office staff are so warm and attentive to resident questions and concerns. I also appreciate that they love my dog and don't mind giving her all the treats she deserves. The pool area is phenomenal, you are close 75, the high ceilings and window are gorgeous and I love the atmosphere; so glad I chose to live here.
Beautiful complex and nice amenities! Conveniently located too! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in Dallas. You can’t beat the size for the price either.

I've only recently moved in a couple days ago but love my new space and the experience has been nice. the staff are really kind and i haven't had any issues.

Good location & good community with some good food places & activities to do. Gym is small but makes your creative to put good use to it. Only thing is in the morning & around 4pm-6pm gets packed with the traffic
Very kind staff always willing help you with anything you need. Lots of extra perks to living in the building including gym, pool access, and parking.
It’s very clean here which is my favorite thing. The staff is really nice and the neighbors are all friendly. The AC really bothers my because of how loud it is and some rooms are cold while some rooms are really warm. Other than the AC, everything here works really well.
