Most of this area is pretty affluent. There are a good amount of jobs with salaries ranging from minimum wage to six figures. Since it's located very near the national Capital, there are a lot of government and government contracting opportunities. Something new is always being built around here and I believe it is considered to be a "consumer area," or people tend to spend a lot of money on things like eating out and shopping.

The police around here do a good job of patrolling and responding to calls.
