The area I live is one of the safest in West Seattle, and I appreciate it. Though there is a lot of trouble with car prowling, there is no violent crime, and I feel safe (as a woman) walking alone at night.

The overall job outlook in this area is good. There are lots of opportunities, however it is very competitive. We have Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing. Most of the people around here work with those companies.

There is a nice mall area in this area and you can get almost everything you need. There are not many large corporations around, but they still have great service. Most of the stores are locally owned and sourced.

The sense of safety in this area is fairly good. The prevalence of crimes is not very often and usually it is petty theft. The police are around and are fairly quick to arrive when needed.
