Welcome to a community of villages

Family-Friendly Mountain Views Trails

Located about an hour east of San Francisco, Mountain House is a planned community consisting of several villages. The tidy, tree-lined streets, attractive homes, and wide sidewalks create a beautiful setting, especially with the mountains in the background. Every neighborhood has a pocket park, and the Creek Trail provides a place for residents to walk, jog, or go bike-riding. The largest park, the Central Community Park, features picnic areas with BBQ pits, playgrounds, an interactive fountain, a bocce court, tennis courts, and ball fields.

Mountain House offers excellent schools, a picturesque setting, and quiet neighborhoods. The community offers a variety of community events, including Shakespeare in the Park, the Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting, Music in the Park, a Bike Rodeo, and the Annual Kite Festival. The Mountain House Farmer's Market is held in Wicklund Park, and a Wicklund's Market on Wicklund Crossing takes care of grocery needs. For more shops and restaurants, the nearby city of Tracy is home to the West Valley Mall and a terrific downtown shopping and dining district.
