Exceptional place to live. Hidden gem in the Seattle area. Close to everything exciting in the city, yet has a nice suburban feel with huge lots and nice homes. The access to stellar sunset views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains is icing on the cake.

My neighborhood has had many car thefts and break-ins, but no home burglaries that I'm aware of.
