The area is a little oud due to being so close to a hospital, but overall the location is great and is close to many things. I can get to school in under 20 minutes but also go to the city in order to visit friends or have a night out. It is somewhat safe but there are some dangerous areas near by. It is quite close to the river as well which I enjoy.
