Located about five miles northeast of Youngstown, Hubbard is a close-knit suburb with a family-friendly atmosphere on the Ohio-Pennsylvania state border. Hubbard fosters a strong sense of community through a variety of special events, such as the annual Taste of Hubbard, Hubbard Fun Day, and St. Patrick’s Parish Festival.
