Nestled along Lake Washington, about five miles south of Downtown Bellevue, Factoria is one of the city’s biggest commercial districts. Factoria provides its residents with comfortable living space and plenty of things to do. I believe that Factoria is a great place to live especially because you can find everything you need in such a dense area. Only thing that I don't like is how close all the school are, being in between those school allows for a lot of traffic throughout the week.

People are very nice in my neighborhood, everyone like to talk with me or give a hand for help. You don't have to worried about living here because here is safe, no crime and many nice people.
