Adams Morgan offers a lot of advantages - lower costs than most of DC, more diverse, excellent nightlife, etc.

One of DC's most interesting neighborhoods, home to some great restaurants and cafes, plus lots of charming architecture. Not too far from DuPont Circle. Take a walk around.

DC is being over run by new development forcing communities out of their front door to build mega apartments mom and pop stores are also being put out of business because of bars and now bad location.

People are somewhat physically active. I see a lot if people go running throughout the day.
