It is located in one of the top floors of a 15+ stories Co-Op building. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room separates our rooms, so I will not be right next to your space during sleeping time. Kitchen access allowed with access to toaster, stove, oven, microwave, and blender. The location is very convenient located only half a block to a bus stop and a few stops from the Metro North in a Co-op building in NorthEast-Yonkers, NY right off Central Park Avenue. 15+ Stories building with 2 staircases and 2 elevators! Laundromat in the basement. Building has rules and regulations that must be followed. Superintendent lives in the building. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet! SAFE! CONVENIENT! Pharmacies, Restaurants, Bars, Barber/Salon, Spa, Bakeries, Food Markets, Gas Station, and Public Transportation at WALKING DISTANCE!
