You never hear any noise from the neighbors and everyone living here is nice. That also gives you some confidence on putting some music on a higher volume or watching a movie without the worry of annoying fellow neighbors. The walls are thick, ceiling is high. It's just perfect. No trouble with parking spots. Apartment is spacious. Hallways are cleaned every single day. People who work at the leasing office are EXTREMELY nice, especially Julia who helped me out throughout the whole process of getting an apartment here and made me feel welcomed. Thanks Julia!

AMLI Dadeland, is a great living experience. A lot of features and accessibility is done online, and it is very user friendly and manageable. I've only been living there for almost two months, and there are always positive changes being made to the building, and to the well being of its tenants. The apartments are private, and the quality of people that live there are friendly and professional.
Hands down the best property management i have ever interacted with. Very friendly and fast they are all amazing the maintenance staff is great, fast and friendly. The amenities are always clean and neighbors are very friendly
I have enjoyed living at AMLI Dadeland the only downside is the gym could really use an update with new and more machines /equipment-

AC constantly breaks, 14 times in less than one year. If you request the manager to call you, dont hold your breath. I've had to get my lawyer involved. Location is ideal, but the issues are not worth it, specially with the amount of luxury buildings in the area for the same price.

AMLI Dadeland offers nice amenities and comfortable living in an incredibly convenient location steps away from the Dadeland Mall.
Unfortunately, we got caught in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our move in has been far from the norm. We have not been able to enjoy the amazing amenities Amli has to offer. Nevertheless, the staff has been amazing. Theyve gone above and beyond in accommodating us. Im looking forward to the days where I will be able to fully enjoy this beautiful community.

Living at AMLI Dadeland has been great. Relaxing at the pool had me feeling like I was on vacation. It's close to the Palmetto so it makes getting to work quick and easy. Everyone that works and lives here is very nice and easy to talk too.
We have just moved out of Amli Dadeland 3/31. Living there has been a most enjoyable experience. I have felt like i was living in a very nice hotel I was treated very well by all the staff , any issues promptly handled and the interior of my apartment was beautiful I hate to leave but have decided owning a home made more economic sense I will miss the staff and the comfort of AMLI
