I appreciate the front door staff who has been friendly even in the early mornings when I'm leaving for work. The maintenance has been stressful. I understand that the garage door needed to be open but not having any alternative to park as I did need my car in the afternoon was stressful thinking that I would have to pay extra for parking or get ticketed. And the plumbing was stressful for my dog as I am not able to take her away from the apartment and don't work from home to help her interact with strangers.

I am having a great time at the Allegro. Outside of occasional water shutoffs for maintenance (a few days in the past year) and false fire alarms going off, I do not have any issues to complain of. The rent is decent.

I've been here 7 years and I can't think of anywhere else I'd want to live. Management keeps the building impeccably clean. Maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure every appliance is working up to par. The coincerge, namely Brenda and Sam, are like family making sure I have everything I need to make my stay here enjoyable. The leasing team are down-to-earth folk who keep it simple concerning the do's and don't and who keep you up-to-date with the activities that are sponsored. I love it here.

Overall the staff is amazing, the apartment has a fabulous location, and co-residents are respectful and kind. Sadly, the trash trucks for our and neighboring buildings come into the alley very early in the morning and are quite loud, easily waking me up. It would be great if they could come later in the day. Also just generally, wasn't told about recent bed bug infestation prior to signing lease/moving in. We've also had pretty frequent water shut offs for maintenance.

This is overall a good place to live but this building has issues with pests. Another issue is that they use a third party company called Conservice for utility billing and its awful. often try to overcharge us

Honestly have had nothing but good experiences with the building. Though most of the noise comes from the firehouse next door, it's pretty quiet otherwise. The leasing agents are super friendly.

Had no problems, building sprayed for bed bugs. Now have bed bugs... -_- Their response? partial treatment claiming they couldn't treat areas, basically because we haven't moved completely out of the apartment in order for them to spray... Do not move in.

All of the everyday staff here are great, especially the maintenance team and the front desk team. However, the communication from management and Bozzuto has been terrible through a variety of problems that the building has faced over the past few years, to the point of outright rudeness received from management when asking for more information/clarification.

My personal experience has been satisfactory - I can’t rate the maintenance team highly enough for their quick responses to requests. I use the gym frequently and am overall satisfied with it. Concierge is friendly, and throws events or sets up snacks and treats for certain holidays. However, building management has been neglectful in some serious instances regarding pests. The back doors near the trash room have been open over several days, leading to rats coming into the building and seen in the hallways. What’s worse, communication around bed bugs have been inconsistent and/or vague. I know other residents have had to leave due to their rooms being infested; initial requests for treatment weren’t met with enough proactive measures until it was too late. While we did get an email notified about bed bug treatment and an announcement that no bed bugs were found, we received no follow up information - during a time I understand other residents struggled with infestation.

I recently moved out of Allegro after living there for 5 years. I had a 1bd apartment for 2 yrs, and later a 2bd apartment for three more years. Allegro was a great place to live for me while I was in DC. They always responded promptly if anything needed fixing in my apartment. Everyone in the Allegro team is always ready to help, and they all are extremely nice.

The apartment is nice. The building is well maintained. All staff is friendly. Only issue is the HVAC machine and how loud it is. Also I wish there was more of a community here, but I understand that is more up to the people living here and if they want to be friends with their neighbors.

My experience with getting repairs done to my apartment is excellent. The repairs are always done [promptly and the staff is courteous. I love my apartment. I enjoy being there.......especially since there are no roaches or bedbugs. My only complaint is that two computers in the business center have been out of order for many months. They have recently been removed, and have not been replaced. I do not have a PC or laptop, so this is an amenity that I appreciate.

I've been a resident here for nearly 4 years and overall my experience has been good. The neighborhood and proximity to close friends is a huge plus for me. The people who work the front desk and maintenance are amazing and kind, and I'm so appreciative of them. In general, I find communication in this building is subpar. Residents are often left out of the loop or without updates when problematic things are happening (i.e. bed bugs). Additional updates and kindness would be greatly appreciated.

I am disappointed at how reactive management is to tenant issues rather than proactively solving them. There are serious rats and bug bed issues and it’s difficult to get confirmation from management when these issues will be addressed and how tenants will be supported during this process when outside vendors have difficult requirements for treatment.

Extremely friendly and caring staff, maintenance team is seriously 10/10! Apps make paying rent and utilities easy as well. The complex is consistently clean.

Apartment is very nice but upon move in there were things to be fixed/ replaced. To be completely fair Allegro was very quick and accepting about sending repair men up to help with all the issues

I enjoy our concierge they are the most professional people I have encountered. They go above and beyond their duties to make sure that all tenants are safe and secure. They greet each tenant as they come in or leaving

We love living here thus far! The front desk and maintenance staff are very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to issues. The gym, courtyard, and conference room are great features! Our only complaint thus far is that we have been denied clickers to the garage where the bicycle parking is. As cyclists, we have to bring our bikes through the front door, up stairs, and then down the elevator even though we are using the bikes to commute each day in the same way that drivers are.

I've lived at Allegro for seven months now and it's been great. The building's common spaces are all very clean, the building is never noisy, and the staff are all attentive and kind. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and any building-wide maintenance is communicated to residents well in advance to allow time for accomodations.

The leasing office and concierge are always friendly and very helpful. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Follow residents are friendly. Overall I've loved living here

Concierge and property management have been extremely helpful and nice with me moving in,the apartment building is very peaceful and quiet and the amenities are a plus.

Been here 4 years. Wouldn't think of moving elsewhere. Everything you need is within 2 blocks walking distance . . Metro, grocery store, Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, Chik Fil A, Krispy Kreme, Washington Sports Club, WaWa, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Citi banks, Old Navy, etc. Come on now, what more could you ask for . . and by the way . . a bakery and the fire department is right next door!!
