Brynn is the best!! She loves to help connect you to the correct townhome! The community is very nice as well. The parking can be a pain, but other than that this is a fantastic place Cr place to live!!! Come join us!

Absolutely love living here. Brynn and Lily in the leasing office are both so inviting, friendly and personable. They make every effort to make you feel at home. Plus my dog loves visiting them for pets and treats!

We’ve had such a great experience living at Arrive Longmont. The staff are super friendly and always quick to help with anything that comes up. The community feels really quiet, safe, and well taken care of. The amenities are awesome too. Very nice gym, dog park, playground, and grilling areas - everything is always clean and in good shape. The location is super convenient too, close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, but still feels peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve absolutely loved living in this townhome! It’s the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, with well-maintained landscaping and quiet surroundings. I especially appreciate how close it is to shops, restaurants, parks, and major highways—everything is just a short drive away. One of the best parts has been the office staff—they’re incredibly nice, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. It really makes a difference knowing that support is just a call or visit away.
