I dreaded moving from a large home to an apartment, but New Village kept me close to my daughter. At first, I considered a one-bedroom but realized it wasn’t a good fit. Gabriella, the Senior Sales & Marketing Associate, was professional and suggested I wait to see the apartment prepped. When it was ready, Gabriella was off, so Amanda, the Assistant GM, showed me around. Though nice, I asked about larger two-bedroom apartments. Amanda found options, and the second was perfect! She worked late to ensure it was ready that night. Their dedication was outstanding. Since moving in, both Gabriella and Amanda have been incredibly helpful. I’ve seen negative Yelp reviews, but my experience has been the opposite. Even my teenage daughter said, “The people are pretty cool.” The apartments are modern, clean, and safe, with great amenities. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth it. I highly recommend New Village to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The community activities are very cute. I love how the staff always try to bring the community together by setting up different activities especially during the holidays. They even take your pets into consideration when doing activities which to me really sets them apart from everyone else because what apartment complex do you know hosts pet costume party’s and pool pawties for your pets during the summer.

We are here 11 months and are still extremely happy. From the excellent service and amenities constantly provided by the wonderful office staff; Christine, Amanda, Gabriella, and Lauren, every month is a delightful new adventure. They are constantly increasing the fun activities and excellent service. I have to remind myself that I am not in a hotel. I also cannot forget to mention the excellent and amiable service provider by Reggie and his Maintenance staff. We highly recommend life in New Village Apartments!

New village is a nice place to live. There are numerous get togethers for the residents so you can meet people. Staff are very responsive to apartment problems and quickly resolved.

i love new village! maintenance is great and i love the pool. the staff are almost always available if I need to speak with someone. and i love the amenities.

This is a great place to live! The garden is sweet and so are the residents! The pool is beautiful in the spring/summer and the grounds shine in the winter snow.

I’ve been here for just about a year and absolutely love my apartment. The town is beautiful, with lots of restaurants, bars, music venues, theater, and other cool stuff to do nearby. Easy, quick walk to the train for commuting to work or for some city fun. Super convenient local beaches and ferry to Fire Island. It would be nice if the New Village pool was open longer during the year, but love that there is a pool! The only real issue is the summer evening and weekend noise if your apartment is right on Main Street.

I love it here. Not 1 negative thought goes through my mind when I head home. The only thing I am sad about is the community room rental fees and deposit. When I first moved in, it was very affordable for someone in the program but, now I can't have my family over without being in an open community room which means other residents and their family and friends walk around sometimes looking to get fed, which I can't afford to do. It's embarrassing to me. The fees started at 200.00 and I think a 300.00 deposit, to, 400.00 with a 500.00 deposit. I'm in a studio so I don't have enough room to have guests but, i did purchased a table, now I have to figure it out. This is a me thing. The community, management and Employees, building and area, are all the best you can get.

Beautiful place to come home too. The garage ceiling tiles need to be addressed missing tiles everywhere so when it rains it’s a lot of water.

It’s a nice friendly atmosphere, all of the neighbors and ladies in the office are super sweet. There’s fun activities and events that go on. Moving here was definitely the best decision I’ve made.

Everything about the people here has been amazing. Between taking care of my million packages while I’m at work to the fast repairs. And especially the assistance after hours when my fob stopped working!!! Not to mention how nice everyone is!

I lived here for almost 2 years! The staff are all great including maintenance! The leasing team goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The location in Patchogue could not be any better, parking garage in the heart of Patchogue, I never had to worry about parking and access to all the best restaurants. Highly recommend a tour if you are thinking about moving in!
