The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lexington Hills Apartments
This is located in a great area of Eagan close by to all that is needed and the many property improvements have given it a real facelift!
I wish I could zero star this place. This place smelt like human pee, dog poop, and weed everyday. We had to deal with loud people, loud dogs, and roaches. They had a different manager every few months so you never knew who you could talk to about getting anything done. The apartment we originally were supposed to get we couldn't get because the people wanted to stay so we got another one without being able to see the apartment unless we signed the lease and paid the deposit. Which the deposit wasn't even a deposit because we had to go through a 3rd party which kept our "deposit" telling us it was a liability policy instead of a deposit. Which we were never informed of. When we finally got the keys we weren't able to stay in the apartment because it wasn't fully done. Our carpets had holes in them that they never patched. The walls had burn marks on them that they never repainted. The blinds to the deck were destroyed and we were promised new ones and never got those. The list goes on and on. There was nothing good about this place expect for maybe a few nice neighbors and that it was close to the shopping districts. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER!
I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Heat won’t go about 66 degrees and they “fix” it but it never works. Poor management skills. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t answer phones and close earlier than posted hours. The hallways are gross. Always have issues with laundry. I would highly recommend doing more research and looking at this apartment before staying here. Everything is outdated. Don’t let those photos fool you! The floors are just stickers and it’s always loud and smells like weed. Cops here regularly too.
I have lived here about 4 months and love my new home. The staff is very friendly Vanessa & Randy go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The grounds and building are kept very nice. Even with the crazy snow we have clean sidewalks. Our hot water heater went out in our building and they were on top of it and new one was installed promptly. They made sure we were up to date via email at all times on getting things fixed. We had a major snow fall and Vanessa & Randy were out there most of the day making sure their residents got in safely and were taking care of. This is a great community with some awesome residents. There was a group of 20 of us helping everyone get in. It was fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. The location is amazing and the apartments are great. I would recommend Lexington Hills to everyone.
Lexington Hills is a great place to live. Everyone, from the staff (Vanessa, Randy and Alex) to the residents, are all very friendly and caring, and it is a very pet friendly community. The grounds are clean and well kept with ample parking for all including guest. Detached garages with garage door openers, pool and even a fire pit! If you should need any repairs, they are taken care of right away, and done right the first time! Comfortable, quiet, and close to most everything you want. I would definitely recommend Lexington Hills Apartments to everyone. I love living here.
If you want to live in a safe and quiet community with less than a mile access to all the essentials (grocery, gas, coffee, parks, restaurants, etc) this is the place to live. Management is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have without attitude. They recently updated their main office, fitness center, and all the landscaping surrounding the area. When I have called to have repairs done to my apartment, they worked around my schedule and came within a couple days but they could have come sooner if I had asked them to. Parking is abundant and is not an issue when inviting friends or family over. Overall this is a great place to live and I would even recommend this place to friends and family!
The apartments are really nice and it's a good community. Sometimes management is a little disorganized but other than that, I recommend living here.
