Renter beware

The following are things that happened during my tenancy: 1) I'm having to engage in a small claims suit to get my security deposit back 2) I was attacked by the same dog in the hall multiple times. Complaints to management had no observable effect. 3) I was charged double rent and told to "just wait until next month for the credit to be applied"

The best to live on the Westside

The building has the best location in Westwood and comes with 24/7 Valet. The staff are the building are all very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Great Bldg, Great Amenities, Great Staff....

I very much enjoy living at The Legacy At Westwood - I needed to share how amazing this bldg is and how well the staff treat the residents - every morning I look forward to interacting with Dina, who has been consistently professional, courteous and most pleasant each and every day. She not only assists me with my packages, vehicle, food orders, asks me if I need anything and much much more. Also, Clavel is an absolute pleasure and also offers to assist with anything I need. I also, am very appreciated to Nestor and Pedro who are excellent maintenance staff. I know it all starts with a great manager, Manny and assistant manger, Alexx. All these dedicated professionals attend to anything needed and this contributes to making my stay very enjoyable Thank you for having a great staff for helping so much and who sincerely care. The Legacy at Westwood is the place to be!!!

Life at the legacy

The Best Staff Ever

I don't normally write reviews but I have to say that the staff here at The Legacy at Westwood is second to none. They are polite, attentive and always take care of me with whatever issues arise. The valet service is very convenient and the concierge staff are great. I would recommend this community to all my friends!

Outstanding and Full Amenity Luxury Apartment Home on the Wilshire Corridor...

My Apartment at The Legacy at Westwood is outstanding. After having the most friendly and professional valet parking staff park my car, I have the pleasure of meeting the most helpful valet staff then seeing Dina at the front desk/concierge who greets me with such a smile and always asks me if I need anything. I also would get greeted by Clavel and William, two other staff members who are very positive and eager to help with packages and anything else I need. Thank you Dina, Clavel and William for always being so pleasant and professional. The bldg. is always super clean, my apartment is very spacious, has great views, and has plenty of light. It also came with high end finishes. I have found that the entire staff at The Legacy At Westwood has a "What can I do to assist you" approach. The Manager, Manny, is always available to address any questions, as well as listen to any comments. I can't say how much I appreciate this! This is such a relief as I've experienced other bldg's where I would need to always search out someone, and then wait very long for a response. Alexx, the Assistant Property Manager is always very professional and pleasant, she is willing to address any of my questions. Anthony, who I knew as a concierge, is now a most positive leasing executive, and has already helped me with anything I have needed. Also, Gaquaiel, a new leasing executive has offered to assist me with anything that I need. Also, many kudos to the excellent maintenance staff - Nestor, Pedro and Adrian, who come to attend to anything I need and are very accommodating with my schedule. Thank you so much for this! I am very impressed with the team that Manny has created and manages, as it is such a comfortable an pleasant environment with great enthusiastic energy. Also, the heated pool, spa, BBQ lounge area, and 24/7 fitness facility is amazing as I feel like I have my own oasis to go to. I highly recommend the Legacy at Westwood Luxury Apartment Homes!

The best building people and staff

At the legacy you can relax and enjoy an amazing building with great floor plans, best location money can buy and the concierge staff like Deena and the rest of them make this building truly unique and amazing

Love The Gym at Legacy at Westwood.

I love living at the Legacy at Westwood. The team members are so nice and helpful. The gym is 24 hours and it has everything that I need for a full body workout. There is even free Yoga on Monday nights.

Luxury Community and Pet Friendly

I have lived at the Legacy at Westwood since December of 2017. After almost a year of living here, I can say that I am pleased with the service and quality of the community. The Legacy is very pet friendly which is important to me. The maintenance team and management deal with issues promptly and they are available to speak to you on a daily basis. The espresso/cappuccino machine is also great!

Good People | Good Times | DnD

From a wonderful staff to having the easiest valet, you can't go wrong living here. They also have the best recurring DND group that makes it a joy to live here. All of the great food nearby is one awesome added bonus. Take of from me, you'll want to live at the Legacy.

Friendly Staff and Amazing Location

I can't say enough about the staff at Legacy. They are friendly, they go out of their way to help with any issues that I may have and they truly care about my well being. The location is second to none! I definitely recommend the Legacy to anyone looking for a new home in the corridor.

Excellent Luxury Apartment Home - Fantastic Staff...

The Legacy at Westwood Luxury apartment home is outstanding. After having the most friendly and professional valet parking staff park my car I always come to meet Dina at the front desk/concierge who greets me with such a smile and always asks me if I need anything. Thank you Dina for always being so pleasant and professional. The bldg. is always very clean and the apartment is spacious, has great views with plenty of light and is designed with high end modern finishes. I also found that the entire staff has a "How can I assist you" approach. The Manager, Manny, is always available and his staff is always present. This is such a relief as I've experienced other bldg's where I would need to always search out someone, and then wait so long if I needed anything. Anthony at the front desk is also most professional and pleasant, Daniel, the new leasing executive and Alexx, at the leasing office are most positive and helpful and the Asst. Manager Shandie always offers to help with any requests! So impressive! Also, the maintenance staff, Miguel, Nestor and Pedro, come to fix any issue that comes up - and they come so quickly and with a smile! I am very impressed with the team that Manny has created and manages, as it is such a comfortable an pleasant environment with great enthusiastic energy. By the way, the pool, spa and 24/7 work out facility is amazing and I feel like I have my own oasis to go to. I highly recommend the Legacy at Westwood Luxury Apartment Homes!

Exceptional staff

Stellar Staff

In any apartment building, there are some things more important than others. For me, it's staff. How responsive they are, how kind-hearted they are, and how they make you feel. At the Legacy at Westwood the staff is stellar! My needs are quickly met, issues and problems are dealt with swiftly, and I feel safe in their hands. The manegment of my apartment deserves 5 stars.

Outstanding living environment

Living at the Legacy provides an exceptional environment for our son who is a student athlete. The proximity to UCLA together with all the amenities including a world class fitness facility, outstanding pool & jacuzzi, valet parking and a terrific staff sets it apart from most developments in the area. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality of life in Westwood.

Constant noise and closures

For well over a year now there has been non-stop construction in this building that is conducted across the concrete flooring/ceilings. It is very loud and annoying during the day with intermittent hammering, construction workers playing music, drills, etc. The pool deck was closed for about half of a year, and now other facilities are being renovated and closed. Management has told us "it's almost done" for months now, yet it seems as though there are still many apartments that have not been renovated yet. Each one seems to be worked on for weeks, and even months at a time - creating not just noise for the entire floor, but that above/below that floor as well. Rent has increased and they have not agreed to issue any refunds for the problems everyone has experienced - they only sent out gift baskets in a weak attempt to offset the $2800-5000 rent the residents paid during all of this downtime. Residents are finally moving out as a result of this continued drama, yet lots of positive reviews are somehow appearing all over the internet. Final opinion is that this building is a major ripoff.
