I have been here six almost 7 years this year. The new staff is awesome. The couple that heads Apartment Life have brought life back to the neighborhood. The only complaint I have is the hallway in my building. I wish the residents would be more conscious about taking care of their surroundings. Thanks so much for taking care of the tenants.

From the moment we first visited, the management team expressed such genuine care for us and for residents! It is hard to find a community where the management, staff, and maintenance team truly cares for residents. The management and maintenance team do such an excellence job. Additionally, the quality of the apartment is beautiful. I never hear my neighbors, the code doors help you to never forget your key, and the property is maintained so well. Everyone is so friendly and I feel so safe. We love it here!

Just moved in last week and had the best experience. Derrick was fantastic and extremely helpful. You can tell that he and his team truly care for the resident's experience. On our first day we noticed a small issue with our water and within 30 minutes we had maintenance already working on it!! Between the great service and BEAUTIFUL apartment, I am excited to call Lantower my home!

I must say, the modern interior/exterior is bar none! The price is great and my new home is even better! Upon moving in, I got a personal tour by a Leasing Consultant, which really set my move-in process apart!! There’s nothing positive to say about this complex except, when i first moved in marae and destiny were awesome and took care of everything. But, since they have left (3year ago) this place has flag one down hill. I absolutely do not recommend moving here. There are so many extra charges on rent, the place is filthy, the lights at night don’t work, the gates don’t close, vehicles get broke into all the time, you can’t call the office it takes you to someone not on property, the freeze broke a lot of things here and they haven’t been fixed and they won’t fix anything that’s wrong. Don’t move here
They will screw you over with fees and/or rent prices. Lived here for almost 2 years, after year 1 our rent increased 20% just to find out they are advertising rent prices for same size/layout apartment for 20% less than I am paying now. So if you plan to live here longer than 1 year, just don't, you will get ripped off. Also can't ever get in contact with management. No way to call, just send you to a call center and if you write a message to them in the portal, good luck at them responding to you.
This place is horrible! Fees added to your rent and you don’t know where they come from.. amenity fees with no amenities. No person to talk to. Lights out at night not safe. If you looking for home.. this ain’t it!
Dont move here. Save your money, your time and energy for a complex with management that treats you like paying tenants not inconveniences to them. Our HVAC had living mold spewing tainted air into my apt for months before the issue was attended to when mildew started growing on the walls. When management would come to view the issue they would constantly diminish the issue, "oh is no big deal we'll scrape it and paint it again. Yes this is the second time with the mold/mildew issue in the same lease/apartment. Thankfully our maintenance is well educated/trained individuals who realized the HVAC was the the immediate issue requiring immediate an response. So our HVAC and venting is all replaced after the confirmation of living mold in the system, they're pictures, its nasty. Only the new HVAC was improperly installed causing the ceiling to flood over night, so lovely. Next is 2 days of fans blowing the bathroom all day to dry the soaked ceiling. Next drywallers and painter finish after 2 more days. And when we finally get to the final scheduled cleaing service, we're jerked around several time is the same day, "they are coming, they're coming later, we rescheduled them for tomorrow." So an issue that could have/should have been resolved months ago, the first time mildew/mold became present was prolonged an additional week after the source of the issue was found/attended to. And this is just an issue in the apartment. No mention of the cracking exterior walls, shifting foundations, ant piles, lease amendments, pest issue, etc. Save yourself for something better.
The Lantower Legacy Lakes team is awesome. The leasing staff is extremely attentive to residents' needs and they're super responsive to requests, questions and concerns all this with the best attitudes. They're friendly and can tell that they genuinely care about the residents. Destiny has been especially helpful. When I moved in, I inquired about recycling and through her dedication to the cause, she got recycling on property! The service staff is also great. They're super speedy at getting to maintenance requests and friendly when I'm here to interact with them. I've been a resident for almost two years and enjoy the property. The gym is small but solid, the pool is lovely and the location is quiet.
The apartments are well maintained and the Destiny or Marae tend you well to any issues or problems you might have. The location is great as well since there are so many businesses and restaurants so close by that you can never go bored of living here.
Walls are paper-thin. Noisy neighbors. I see other people have this issue too as we are working from home, making it very difficult. People don't pick up after their dogs, and the pool and common areas always have trash left around. The firepit never really works, and cabanas are filled with cobwebs and wasps nests. Paint is chipping off the balconies and has been for a while. The front gate hasn't worked most of the year, so there's rarely ever controlled access (the box was even ducked tapped for the longest time). The staff even had to send out a notice to residents because people are not picking up after their pets around the pool. I wouldn't waste time looking here.
I love living here! They have so many amazing resident events and they provide prizes, food, drinks, and anything you can think of. If you need somewhere to live and call home I would recommend Legacy Lakes. Destiny went above and beyond and out of her way to help me. Feels more like family than a management company!
I can not brag enough about the office staff at this property. They go out of their way to accommodate every need or issue if one arises. I am extremely pleased with this community. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!
Unfortunately, when this property was bought by Lantower, quality greatly dropped. Broadstone was staffed by wonderful people who took the time to show how much they cared about the residents. Lantower's staff has been cold and rude. On multiple occasions, maintenance workers have attempted to enter my apartment without knocking and without any notice. When I brought this up to the office, they stated it was a misunderstanding. I will never know how many times someone entered my apartment without my knowledge. They have also cut out some of the amenities that Broadstone provided for us, such replacing water and air filters regularly, power washing the outdoor areas to keep them clean, and spraying all units to prevent insects when requested. When I asked why these options were no longer offered, I was told that I don't pay for that and if I want clean water then I would have to replace the water filter myself. The pricing has gone up exponentially without any additional amenities being added. Their attempts at creating more community activities have fallen short. They tried adding a yoga class, but those stopped without notice. The last event they held ran out of food within 30 minutes even though it was supposed to last for three hours. They then announced they would be ordering pizza, but then kept that solely for the staff. They continued to encourage people to drink margaritas, causing multiple people to actually pass out in the courtyard because they were too drunk to make it back to their apartment. There is potential in this community, but Lantower is not putting in the effort to make it the best it can. If they would start taking care of their residents and the needs of their residents instead of simply trying to look good on the surface, this could be an excellent place to live. As it stands now, I don't feel comfortable recommending this complex to anyone.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Lantower Legacy Lakes. I have been overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff as well as their attention to detail. The grounds here are always well kept and give it that extra feeling of home. I would suggest this apartment complex to family and friends, which is saying a lot.
