Stunning renovations! Fantastic location - heart of Lakewood
These apartments are truly impressive from the inside out. It's apparent that these renovations are high quality, correctly completed, wholly improved and upgraded. Walkability is awesome, too! Lakewood Center is one block away, as is Whole Foods. Love the proximity to both White Rock Lake and Downtown Dallas. Rent rates seem to be really competitive - when compared to other nearby comparable apartment complexes. Truly a gem -- I would give it 6 stars if I could :)

THIS APARTMENT IS AMAZING!
LOVE LOVE LOVE these apartments! It is located in a great spot downtown. So convenient to all the places I go. So clean and modern on the inside too. The property manager is very nice and responds very quickly. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else honestly. Pet friendly too!

Brand new apartments!
I love how the renovated this property.. its a new place! The walls are not thin like big mainstream apts and everything is brand new. i Love living in a newer place because your chances of something breaking goes down

Super Cute Community in the Heart of Lakewood!
The apartments are very clean and modern looking. I love the built-in desk space in the bedrooms - perfect for those WFH days! I also love that I can walk to Whole Foods, Mi Cocina, Starbucks, and so much more! The vaulted ceilings on the top floor apartments is also a plus! Makes the space feel a bit bigger!

Great Place!!
We did a lot of research and looked at every listing in the area for months before finding Lakewood. We wanted to live in a great location, but more importantly be in a comfortable, clean home. Everything is renovated and brand new. It’s quiet, safe, is in a great, walkable location and management is very accommodating with our requests. Having lived in NYC for 4 years, we know how difficult it is to find a high-end apartment that you love and has responsive management. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet-low key home with professional staff, I’d highly recommend Lakewood!

Gorgeous Apartments!!
Lakewood Village is such a cute property!! Love all of the rennovations there were completed. Very modern and spacious! There is also a great space for my dog to play in and a really nice courtyard!! If you are looking for an apartment in Lakewood, definitley check these ones out!
