Love this location; with close access to White Rock Lake, near downtown, grocery stores and socializing. The office staff is responsive and friendly when handling all aspects. The maintenance team is fast and responsive!

Great experience. It’s quiet, has a good dog park, and neighbors are generally friendly. Very dog friendly too. Just wish all the appliances are stainless steel.

Such a nice quiet community. I throughly enjoy the barks from the dog park. Definitely a pet friendly community. I haven’t lived in an apartment that has a more homey feeling.

My resident experience has been amazing! This community is well taken care of. Anytime I put in a maintenance request they are quick to resolve. The dog parks need a bit more attention but they always make sure to keep it clean for the dogs. The staff is amazing and friendly. I really enjoy living here.

My experience here has been great, and The maintenance people are always on top of it I commend them for their hard work. Also, I have not had any problems here yet. So far it has been a great place to live

Security is my number 1 concern when I rent a place since I have kids. Not only this apartment complex gives me that, but also brings me peace. I feel relax at any time, and I can sleep deep without worry. The place is quiet alsp, which helps.

When I moved in, the cabinets and doorknobs are dirty but overall it’s clean. Love the layout. Neighbors are loud walkers but it is okay. I have A4 floor plan and it is great with a movable island! The unit is big enough for a couple. Love how big the balcony is too!

The apartment complex is really pretty -although there was a lot of trash infront of our doorway to the apartment that was weeks old. We also found mold in the restrooms during our first night stay.

Been here for a few months and am overall happy. Most of the people are super nice especially everyone with dogs in the park it’s nice to all get together and talk. I wish some of the interiors (wall paint and trim) were a bit brighter and not so dark making it feel older BUT overall the upkeep of the community and actual apartments is great, atleast to me.

Great location near white rock lake. Quiet and nice neighbors. Management wasn't real when I moved in and a few things to fix but overall a great place!

Quiet/Peaceful community Leasing & Maintenance Team A We are empty nesters & were looking for our Forever Home. We were Blessed to have our Rep, Daniel to make sure our handicap apt was to everything needed for accessibility. After one & half yrs, Dewayne, came by to see if there was any other accessible assistance he could provide. A 2nd ramp was installed closer to our apt. for wheelchair accessibility. Were going on our 3rd year hear!!! Loving It! The pools, Fitness Center, Boot Camp, Luxer Services, Computer Services & Club House with Fireplace.
