Nice, clean, safe community. Consistent team in the office. Maintenance always quick and on point. Super close to the best grocery store in town. It’s quiet in the evenings! First complex I’ve ever lived at with such considerate neighbors. I love all the pups and that everyone picks up after their pets here. I’ve renewed my lease once already and intend to again.

The community is great. Clean and quiet. A lot of older residents not a lot of kids. Maintenance on the grounds Management responds in a timely manner. Lots of pet owners never had an issue with other dogs pets are always leashed. Or contained in dog park. On a scale from 1-10, I’d give a 8.5!

Everyone at lakeview was so kind to us from touring to moving in. They really get to know their residents , it’s like a family here! With my wife and I being active duty military we're always on the move and we've jumped from apartment to apartment. Hands down Lakeview Villas is by far the best complex we've experienced. Leasing/Management staff is awesome. The property is gorgeous. They definitely do everything they can to keep the place looking clean. The residents are very friendly. Overall 10/10. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My moving experience with Lakeview Villas was great. The staff is friendly, helpful and engaging. They were quick to answer questions I had. They were clear as to what fees were due upon move in and what the rent would be. The portal has been helpful to show all the documents needed for move in. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The price for rent is high but everything is pricey nowadays, so it is what it is. However, all the staff here at lakeview villas are so friendly, competent, and always so helpful with anything that you need. They take really good care of us here. Communication is a big thing for me and they communicate almost daily on what’s going on and get back to you in a timely manner as well. Best apartment staff I’ve had ever.

After a 20 hour drive to relocate, we were pleasantly surprised by the expedience of the maintenance crew in addressing a few issues with our unit. Everyone was so kind, kept us informed of the repair status and went over and above to resolve the issues we had. This apartment community is amazing and really is a luxury facility. Upon move in, my unit had obviously been well cleaned with the carpets feeling quite fresh and the hard floor clear of all stains or sticky spots. The hallways of the complex are well lit and free of strains from garbage and litter. The pool and community center are also in good maintenance. The office staff are quite friendly and helpful. Having moved from a high end apartment community in Florida I had high expectations as I signed my lease without actually seeing the unit I was getting and happily had my expectations exceeded.
