Property Ratings at Lakeview Gardens
The area itself is very nice; slightly secluded and off from main roads. The grounds are well-kept and landscaping is nice. The renovated apartment units are much nicer than the ones shown in the pictures above and come with a range, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Lots of counter space. all hard-wood floor, and would need to cover about 3/4 yourself. Overall very nice apartments for a very reasonable price. The description does not include that there is a mandatory pool fee, regardless if you use the pool.
