I recently visited a friend who lives at this community and absolutely loved her apartment and location. There is a country living atmosphere yet there are so many restaurants, schools and places to shop nearby. Close access to the Grand Parkway and 290. I especially enjoyed the walking trails!

This apartment complex is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. It is a very nice area of town and it is very safe as well. It is not noisy and the facilities are top notch. Patricia, Madison, Jackie, Kylie are absolute awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Lakeside Row is the best option for apartment rental inside Bridgeland. Amazing views to the lake, great size and design of pool area, fun amenities for the kids and family and access to parks for running or biking. Good job Lakeside Row!

Management has not returned our deposit after nearly 4 months. They do not answer their phone and can't be bothered to return a voicemail. Do not give this company your money The owners are Greystar and they seem to be just as bad.

Lakeside Row is a beautiful complex but due to staff I almost decided to pass on my unit. No communication and misinformation. I applied a week ahead of time and the staff did not correspond with me or finalize my approval until the day before move in. I applied online so I was confused on what else needed to be done. They are also unorganized as my husband received a call 2 weeks after move in asking if he was going to stop by and tour the property as they had an approval application for him. He informed them he was already a tenant.

Quiet, Beautiful and Well Maintained Apartment Home in Bridgeland. Lakeside Row is not only modern, clean, and full of amenities but it also has a variety of apartment homes; one which will meet your personal needs. Very nice amenities to include the common areas that have activities for the entire family. It is so quiet that I forget that I am living amongst many other residents. Residents are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lakeside Row if you are looking for an apartment home in the Cypress area.

Looks pretty nice, especially if you have a knack for decorating. Could be the perfect place if rules were followed. Gates are broken more than not, so don't think this is a gated apartment. Pedestrian gates stick on and off and are not maintained. Get warnings and threats for penalty fees to the entire community about picking up dog poop and not smoking on grounds (which I'm all for since I am not a smoker and I pick up after my own dogs). Yet their provided dog litter bags are empty for weeks on end and sometimes the waste containers are overflowing for weeks at a time as well. I would think the gate issues are more important than smoking and dog duty, as I have notified them several times seeing people forcing gate open (since there are parties in the community every weekend so I believe they do this to let their friends in). Never once since I have been here has there been a warning about forcing gates open. It is rare I come through the gate when it is actually closed and someone isn't waiting to follow me in. Nothing is ever done about these things. Maintenance is pretty quick, but they don't tell you when they are coming. They just show up or let themselves in if you're not there. No heads up or anything. Looking forward to leaving. Too bad, it's an excellent location and love being on the lake. But definitely not worth the price!

Lakeside Row has awful neighbors that will play pool and listen to music throughout the night. Along will dogs that are left to bark from 1am to 5am out on the balconies. Management will listen to your complaints, but nothing changes.

Lakeside Row is in an ideal location just minutes from shopping and dining. However, a few of the tenants make it a horrible place to live. The open air layout and courtyard makes noises travel. You can hear people playing billiards at 2:30 in the morning. There are a lot of dogs on the property and they bark at all hours of the night. If you are a heavy sleeper and don’t mind the party scene then this place may be for you. I however can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can get some sleep!
