Lake Jonathan Flats

I went with this apartment and thought it would be a great choice and it was until I accepted a job in another state and had to move out early. Since there was only one month left I decided to keep paying rent here until my lease was done. Everything was communicated on my end and my keys were turned in prior to leaving with the understanding that I would pay the last month and that would be it. Now I am receiving emails and calls that I walked away from my lease early when I didn't. There is no communication on their end and if you do want to leave the lease early you have to pay $3000 and the rest of the month if they cant lease it before yours is over. With only one month being left, I chose to keep it and communicate that to the staff and they are absolutely no help. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Very unhappy when I needed assistance.

Good place if you live on lake side of building, otherwise way to noisy and expensive

The setting and location near trails and retail is great ... The change of seasons is wonderful ... wildlife is observable without being invasive

Management has not remedied the issue with the dog in the unit directly above me. I therefore find myself waking up at terrible times, such as 1:45am, 5am, etc. My sleep has suffered because of this. According to management, the dog owner was cited multiple times by the police prior to my moving in, yet no one ever told me of this before I signed my lease. Management also swore that the dog would be removed from the property. This was an untruth. Further,management has actually had the audacity to question whether there really was a problem or not. I DO NOT recommend Lake Jonathan Flats.

Great place. Extremely well-maintained, always clean, and the staff is great. I love it here.

I love living by the lake. Also there are so many walking paths around. The shopping is also very convenient. I love the location!

Wonderful apartments with great amenities.

Location is fantastic. The complex is exceptionally maintained. All commons areas are upscale clean and neat. Cleaning staff and maintenance personnel are great.

Lake Jonathan Flats is a friendly and eclectic residence. I love having all ages living in one building. It feels more like home and family than an apartment building.

Not happy at all. Have to tell cleaning service to vacuum down hall as never done. Pet addendum is useless in lease. Dogs loose and in elevators. Lease states use stairwells. Noise levels brought to management and nothing done. Dog droppings not picked up.

I think it would be a great place to live if you live on the lake side, living on street side and parking lot way to noisy for the money

My Bf and I moved in a month ago and its been nothing but amazing!!! Robin made the whole moving process so easy and remarkable. Also, Robin is on top of everything, when we have issues she resolves them right away! We have lived at different apartments and this is defiantly the best.

Love the Lake View, trails & sunsets! The rooftop and wharf side fire pits, grills , fitness area and community room are bonus! Kind, professional on site management and maintenance are awesome. Floor plans, appointments layouts are right on for the price. People are nice too! Glad to have found Lake Jonathan Flats!!

Robin from the leasing office is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. She made the entire process easy and clear. The building is extremely nice which is a huge reason I decided to lease here.

Lake Jonathan Flats provides a friendly, comfortable living environment for all ages. I feel young at heart here with all that is offered from the exercise room and the outside deck with the stunning view and close proximity to trails. The design of the apartment is such that it provides wonderful storage and love the laundry in the apt. The Luxer One delivery service is so convenient. Your packages will be delivered to a locker and you pick up when you return home. Finally, I can't say enough about Jamie and Robin in the office. They are answer your questions made me feel comfortable from the time I looked at the apt during the construction stage to move in. Their friendliness and willingness to help, is creating the culture of the building. Now that I am finally unpacked, I hope to really enjoy all that Lake Jonathan Flats has to offer!
