If you haven't visited the property, I encourage you to do so. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Staff members are friendly and really care about the welfare of their residents. You are in close proximity to all that DC and Northern Virginia have to offer.

This apartment complex offers a welcoming and vibrant community, where comfort and convenience meet. With spacious units, modern amenities, and a prime location, residents can enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable living experience. Whether it's the beautiful landscaping, the friendly neighbors, or the attentive management team, this complex truly feels like home. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Yvonne Rodriguez as well for making it such a pleasant stay living here . She has a lot of knowledge and is very professional but most of all, a friendly person. Keep it up Yvonne !

"I’ve enjoyed living at Lafayette Apartments! The floor plans offer great square footage, giving plenty of space to feel comfortable. The upgraded appliances are a huge plus, making the kitchen modern and functional. The flooring is also really nice—both stylish and easy to maintain. The overall atmosphere is well-kept, and the management has been responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Definitely a great place to call home!"

I had an excellent experience working with Ms. Jeydiat the Lafayette building in Alexandria. From the moment I inquired about the property, she were incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. She provided detailed information about the apartment and the leasing process, making everything clear and straightforward. Ms.Jeydi was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. She sure went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect place that met all my requirements. Lafayette Apartments is an excellent place to live! The office staff is top-notch, always friendly and responsive to residents' needs. The cleaning team does a fantastic job keeping the buildings and grounds spotless, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Additionally, the ongoing renovations are impressive — the updates are modern and really enhance the overall feel of the community. I’m very happy with my experience here! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience living at Lafayette Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, especially the property manager Yvonne, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the overall ambiance of the community. The amenities are top-notch, including the well-equipped fitness center, sparkling swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped common areas perfect for relaxing or socializing. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a joy to come home to every day. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly, and the sense of security provided by the gated entry and attentive management team truly made me feel at ease. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and parks, Lafayette Apartments offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I can't recommend this place enough,it truly deserves every one of its five stars!

Roach infestation, Rat infestation, Rude customer service. Whenever someone goes to the main office to report all these problems they simply shrug it off and don’t attain to the responsibility at all, They act like they can’t do anything about it. All of the neighborhood suffers from all of these problems and have made many complaints, Lafayette Apartments should get the health department of Fairfax county involved, these are the worst living conditions one could experience.

I have lived here for years. Management is attentive to maintenance concerns, keeps grounds in good appearance and keeps tenants updated with expected improvements. Large windows and balcony space which is hard to find in this area. Within walking distance to various shopping needs, post office, near police and fire depts, carry outs, exercise facility, auto repair and restaurants.

I called today 07/21/202022 enquiring about a bill that was sent from the office, this guy banged the phone on me, because I requested to speak to Docea( a lady in the office)after calling a day before about the same issue, which he promised to call me back with some information but he did not, so I asked to speak to Docea, since the explanation he was given was a bit confusing, he just hanged up o me and refused to answer the phone.

I say great rather than excellent only because no matter where you live there's always some room for improvement. I've lived here for many years through several managers. Without doubt the current management/office staff are the best. They look for improvements, listen to tenants' suggestions and observations. Good maintenance and cleaning crews. Friendly. Regular landscape maintenance. Lots of trees around property perimeter. That means bird songs. Huntley Meadows Wetlands park across the street is invaluable. Free. Quick response from emergency vehicles. Hospitals, clinics, fire stations and police within few miles or less.
