I am a new resident but so far I am happy. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on tour. My move-in went as expected and with the move in guidelines I was able to set up electric and internet service. The maintenance team has been very responsive to repair requests in a timely manner.

I have been very pleased all of these 15 years until recently when Emily made me come down to the office as I was healing from major surgery. There was an alarm going off on the hot water heater and she are maintenance would not come down and replace it so I had to get dressed and drive down there and it was all just to get a 9-volt battery. I was very unhappy about that. She did not even notify maintenance that the alarm was going off and said that it would be Monday before maintenance could fix it and this was on Friday afternoon.

If you are looking for honesty in an apartment, you will find it here. The maintenance department are professional and treat you with respect. It’s definitely an older property with some easy improvements available - but what it lacks in age it makes up for in awesome staff, a beautiful property, and great amenities. I just moved in this weekend and I’m thrilled.

Nice and quiet community with a vintage feel. Spacious apartments and walkable distance to elementary schools, grocery stores, etc. Suitable for families and work-from-home work culture.

The apartment staff is great, and the apartments are well upkept. I really like he onsite gym and basketball court. My only question is why the amenity room hasn't been open in the 3 years I've lived here?
