Kings Grant Is a quaint community of 90 apartment homes, built in 1996, exclusively for residents 55 years or older, located with easy access to I-64 and I-295. take for ever for maintenance to make repairs nothing to do as far as recreation for the elderly no security . i move in they were suppose to put down a floor in the bathroom ,never did get the floor done sad
Do not by any means move here. They deny all maintenance requests and leave residents with dilapidated apartments. If all maintenance requests are not fixed ASAP, it will be reported to the BBB and further action will be taken against this complex legally.
I have been living in Kings Grant for over seven years now and it has continued to go down hill. We used to be able to use the club house, but now we don't have any staff in it and it is always closed. The dumpster was overflowing and they don't even respond anymore when I call for repairs. Other neighbors have had similar complaints and have gotten so fed up that they just moved out. Gerry Griffith
